We got an initial service and a follow up this month. Both technicians were professional and courteous. Service was completed, as was a reminder to keep pets and children away fir 30 minutes. I asked how long to wait until I watered the lawn and was told that the granules are activated quicker when wet, thus watering immediately woukd be a good idea. I did not get either of the technicians' names unfortunately. Hopefully you can look up my name and dates of services so they can be tipped. Thank you!

Wyatt is super personable. He sat and spoke with us for a good 10 to 15 minutes, just about life and being an employee at Moxie. He said he loves it. If I could have Wyatt do my services for the next year, I would be super happy. What a wonderful kid.

I talked to Chris about my pest concerns. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions. He examined my basement for any other treatments that needed to be done and then handled them quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and easy to work with.

Keith and his partner serviced our residence today. I asked him to spray some of the interior of our home as well as inside our garage area. The request was met with “yes sir”. He did an excellent job. He was a pleasant person to talk with.

Jamie was very professional and very personable. He did an outstanding job doing the inspection. He identified an area where we have termites. Jamie identified an area of concern and recommended a treatment plan. You’re very lucky if you have Jamie conduct your inspection as he’s a true professional and explains everything that your home may need to mitigate your pest problem.

Adam arrived on time and I was informed when he was on the way. Once he was here he clearly explained the whole process and made sure I didn’t have any questions. The whole outside of the house was thoroughly inspected and treated. Excellent service from Adam! Thanks again!

Wyatt was here at the time he said. They allow you to track the service provider so you know the exact minute they arrive. I was asked if there were any problem areas. Then he went about his business! He was clean cut and professional.
