Luke was awesome! He came in terrible weather, did the termite inspection quickly and thoroughly. He explained everything in terms we understood, and answered all of our questions. He was wonderful and still had others to take care of after us in the worst snow storm since I don’t know when!

Jayme was great quickly in and out. He did not come with a respirator and did not go all the way in the attic to look around and make sure I had no varmints in there. I did have pictures last time of droppings from an animal, but he did not go to the side of the attic to see but other than that he did a great job brought a ladder that he could get up there and look around. Zachary was polite and helpful on our visit yesterday. This is our 3rd service and don’t see any issues. I’ll certainly update.<br />

As far as the company goes, I don’t have much interaction with them, but remain skeptical. If you have to add an 80% penalty (of remaining treatments in the contract) you are likely fixing the wrong problem. Let your service speak for itself and customers will stay.<br />

I have a feeling the cancellation fee was likely imposed due to their high pressure, door-to-door sales that were likely being cancelled if the home owner had remorse. Most of the poor reviews come back to the cancellation policy. I point this out as a buyer beware, but so far we are generally satisfied with the service.<br />

We did have to have them back out on the fall visit as they missed a wasp nest under our deck and our daughter got stung - they were back in a few days, but I had already taken care of the problem.
