Keeping St Louis homes pest free Moxie Pest Control

Just started with Moxie. So far, they have been very kind, easy to work with, and confident that they can take care of all our pest control needs. I am confident as well, based on everyone around me using their service. Excited to see how well they work out for us in the future! Also, a big thank you to our technician (Charles Jordan) who came out to treat our property! He was very friendly and answered any of my questions. Hope to see you next time!

I just recently switched over to Moxie from my previous pest control company that I was with for years. Had my first service today and was highly impressed. Tim was great. He was very informative, friendly and professional. He introduced himself at the door upon arrival, asked me about any current issues that they could help with then told me what all he planned to do on his visit. When he finished he let me know when he was done, recapped everything he did and was again very knowledgeable. So far, highly impressed with this company and happy with the switch.

Randall from Moxie Pest Control provided services in our home and we couldn’t be more pleased. He is very customer-oriented, extremely nice, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly and that we understood the process. Highly recommend him!

Randall deserves 5 stars. He made our experience much better after a rocky start. He came out two days in a row working late to ensure we were satisfied and he went above and beyond. He is honest and professional.

Overall it’s been a pretty solid service for me for the past couple of years. Communications can be challenging at times, and I had one regular service that due to a gate misunderstanding over half my house wasn’t treated but I was still charged a full amount and couldn’t seem to get it resolved when calling in, however every other time has been just fine and even when I’ve needed an extra call out, they were pretty prompt in doing so. William was my most recent technician and he was incredible polite and personable and did great.

William was our tech at Moxie Pest Control and he is genuinely nice, professional and very good at his job! Thanks to Moxie for hiring people like him! We are always pleased with the service and the individuals we work with.

We had Jesse out at our house to spray. He was very attentive to our questions and explained everything. My husband and I made some changes at the last minute, and Jesse accommodated them. Thanks!
