Our field expert was Bob. He showed up on time and did an extensive inspection and provided all the services we were told would be done. He was really nice and took time to explain things and answer our questions. Bob definitely was knowledgeable about pest control. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Service professionals arrived on time introduced themselves provided extensive service and treatment. When work was completed they explained what they had found and reminded us to call if there were any concerns before the next scheduled visit. Both technicians were very professional and friendly.

Robert did an excellent job of updating the bait traps in my yard. He made sure that the traps were placed all around the house, which had not been done originally. He was very thorough. He is the kind of worker that makes a company great!

Moxie is fairly new in our area, but have been around for many years in other states. I've had their service for a year now and very pleased with their service. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable employees and price is right. I highly recommend Moxie!

My initial impression of this company after the first couple of months was not very positive. This last visit, however, changed my mind completely.DeShawn and Lee did a thorough treatment of our home inside and out. Including the grass. They treated the grass as well! They explained everything they were doing. Treated everywhere I asked for spiders as well. They have changed my mind and I have decided to keep my plan. The sales people are not the greatest I will say. They were not good at explaining the initial treatments and cost. At this point for $150 a quarter. I will keep them. If I have any issues, they will come back at no additional cost. The initial cost was a little high in my opinion because they treat it and then they come back again in a month and treat it again. They charged for the second treatment, which was not explained to me. Once you get past the initial two treatments, I feel it’s worth it for my home.

Overall the service is always good, but today Jackie came by doing her job very well and having a friendly attitude. That's always appreciated.

Bob from the Pittsburgh area was awesome. He gave me lots of information and took the time to explain how the process of getting rid of our mouse problem happens. Thanks Bob for climbing through our attic.
