I recently had the pleasure of using a Moxie pest control service and opted for a spraying treatment along with an additional service. I must commend Phil, the service technician, for his exceptional professionalism. He was not only polite and respectful but also demonstrated extensive knowledge about the services provided. I recently started with Moxie and so far it has been an incredible experience. I had Brandon come by today and what a great guy. He called me ahead to let me know of his ETA, had a great conversation, and even did more than what I originally planned for. He made me feel very comfortable and such a smooth process. Looking forward to having him as my tech again in the future.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br /> I can’t recommend Moxie Pest Control enough—especially Phil and Brittany, who went above and beyond to help with a very serious wasp issue. We discovered a massive wasps’ nest attached to a tree branch over 30 feet high, right next to our home. It was a dangerous situation, and I was incredibly worried for the safety of my daughter and our dog.<br /> <br /> They approached the job with professionalism, patience, and a clear sense of urgency. They tried multiple methods to reach and remove the nest—making sure every step was taken to get the job done thoroughly and safely.<br /> <br /> Moxie is lucky to have team members like Phil and Brittany on their team. If you want pest control that takes your concerns seriously, acts quickly, and genuinely cares—this is the company to call.

Brittany from Moxie was amazing when she visited! She provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. She was also very efficient. She gets 5 stars in my book<br /> <br /> The reason for my 4 star review is because I’ve had issues with moxie where they cancel appointments last minute, and even had an inspection scheduled where someone hasn’t shown up when schedule. This has inconvenienced my schedule multiple times.<br /> <br /> Brittany, keep up the great work! Moxie, please be better about the rescheduling last minute.

Phil did an outstanding job. He listened to my concerns, explained his plan, and took the time needer to provide the service. So far, Moxie has done what they said they would in an efficient and friendly way. I'd recommend them.

This was my first experience using Moxie Pest Control, and my Technician Jalen was very professional. He took the additional time to explain the services and treatments received and what to expect in the next 30 days and how I can call at any time between treatments if needed. Isaac, our technician, provided the best service we’ve received from Moxie so far. He let us know in advance when he was on his way, he knocked when he arrived so I could unlock our gate and secure our dog, he was very knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond by coming inside to handle ants that I forgot to mention when I scheduled my appointment. He was friendly and professional, and he definitely took pride in his work (which seems more rare lately as companies reduce budgets to stay in business). He’s a great ambassador for Moxie and a valuable asset to them. I will keep using Moxie because of Isaac!
