Brittany was great! She provided specific details on the service. She knew we had a dog once she arrived and provided instructions on pet interactions and what to do once she finished our service. She was professional, friendly, efficient and personable. It was clear she cared about her service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Earnest and Chris did a wonderful job during my May 1 second treatment and were very friendly. I appreciate that Moxie has so far sent friendly field experts to my home as good customer service is hard to find these days. I was originally trying to see if I could get the same field expert as last time, but I suppose it was not possible. Although I have only chosen to have the exterior of my property treated so far, I like to be present when my field expert arrives if I have a question. This time around, we were able to resolve the occasional outdoor mouse issue. The rodent bait box was supposed to be included as part of my contract. I explained to Earnest that after my first treatment, we would still occasionally see a mouse that would visit the yard for a few minutes at a time overnight. I even saw 1 dead one in the yard after my first treatment. I was starting to get a little concerned that the rodent part of the treatment was not very effective, but Earnest showed me the rodent bait box, and I realized they were not provided during my very first treatment with Moxie. Earnest placed 2 of them in the backyard, and so far, I have not seen any mice since. He did answer my question to reassure me that my dog would still be safe with the bait boxes in the yard. The ant issue seemed to have improved as I have only seen 1 small ant on the interior near my front door since my initial treatment. I have also noticed that so far, we have not been getting the occasional centipede or silverfish visit in the basement, particularly after it rains. I believe this is my 2nd review for Moxie. I wanted to ensure the field experts that visited this time are recognized for a job well done. I also wanted to provide an update regarding the actual effectiveness of the treatment so far. So far, I am pleased as a new customer and will just have to make sure I remind the field experts about the bait boxes each time to ensure I get everything included in my contract. I believe I also may have to stay on top of the treatment schedule as I thought upcoming treatments would automatically be scheduled. I had to call in for my second treatment as I did not automatically receive an appointment. I also thought that Moxie automatically would charge my card right after the service is complete, which they did the first time, but it looks like I had to go into my account to submit the second payment.

We are very satisfied with Moxie Pest Control. Special thanks to Jalen who performed our initial pest control service. He was very personable and did an excellent job to ensure our property will be well protected from insects. The outside servicing was comprehensive and selected interior areas of the home were treated as well. Keep up the good work!

Firstly, the salesman Ashton was amazing! He was so personable and pleasant. A great first impression of the company. Our field expert, Brittany, was awesome. We weren’t home when she arrived but she texted us pictures and details about the work she was doing. I hope to have the pleasure of her coming back!

Phil did a great job! Very informative and doesn’t miss a spot. As a business owner, finding employees that are so passionate about doing a professional job is a blessing. Phil and his helper were very attentive and professional. I highly recommend moxie!

This is our first time using a Mosquito Treatment service and first-time working with Moxie Pest Control. Phil was our field expert on Saturday and made a great first impression. He was on time, friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions before he began treatment. Phil gave us a lot of comfort since we have kids and wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. We were able to schedule a time that worked for us and even canceled the contract before service began and Moxie came back out to completely restructure the contract to our liking. Phil arrived exactly as scheduled and we received a text message noting his pending arrival, which was nice to know shortly ahead of time. We had read that there were bad reviews, but clearly Moxie went out of there way to make sure that all of our concerns were addressed to our liking to give us comfort. Would highly recommend to anyone else. Thank you!

Jeffry did an amazing job removing webs and hornet nests. He dusted all the windows with repellent and addressed the ant problems we have been seeing. Professional and polite. Highly recommend Jeffry as your Moxie field expert!
