Keeping Maryland homes pest free

This is our first time using a Mosquito Treatment service and first-time working with Moxie Pest Control. Phil was our field expert on Saturday and made a great first impression. He was on time, friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions before he began treatment. Phil gave us a lot of comfort since we have kids and wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. We were able to schedule a time that worked for us and even canceled the contract before service began and Moxie came back out to completely restructure the contract to our liking. Phil arrived exactly as scheduled and we received a text message noting his pending arrival, which was nice to know shortly ahead of time. We had read that there were bad reviews, but clearly Moxie went out of there way to make sure that all of our concerns were addressed to our liking to give us comfort. Would highly recommend to anyone else. Thank you!

Jeffry did an amazing job removing webs and hornet nests. He dusted all the windows with repellent and addressed the ant problems we have been seeing. Professional and polite. Highly recommend Jeffry as your Moxie field expert!

I am a first-time customer with Moxie Pest Control and Phil was my field expert on Saturday. He made a wonderful first impression by being on time, friendly, and professional. He answered all of my questions before he got started and let me know when he was finished. I hope that Moxie will assign Phil for all of my visits when possible. Prior to his arrival, I received a text and email to show who would be arriving and an accurate tracker to show when. I chose to only have the exterior of my property treated for my first visit. I will keep a watch out in the upcoming weeks to see how effective the actual treatment is and update accordingly. So far, I have not seen any pests since the treatment. My only suggestion regarding the door-to-door soliciting that is done by a different person is to be mindful of no soliciting and no trespassing signs. The only reason why I made an exception was because pest control was something I was already considering now that Spring has arrived. I would prefer that they simply mail an advertisement to those with posted signs on their property. They did arrive very quickly the next day after signing up to complete the first service. This is my first time hearing about Moxie Pest Control. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the treatment is effective so that I have a professional and reliable pest control company that I can renew with. It would be wonderful if they had options that didn't require a contract, but I figured this will be a fair opportunity to see if the service has a positive effect. I also appreciate that the company was easily reachable when I called after my service was complete to ask if I needed to schedule my next service. So far, I am pleased and will be sure to spread the word if the treatment proves to be beneficial. Thank you! 5 out of 5!

I had Moxie Pest Control in 2022 when I first moved into my home and they were awesome! Once my pest problem was under control I cancelled my service. It’s now 2025 and I’ve had to reach out to them again and they reopened my account and gave me a discount on services since I was a returning customer. I had the pleasure of having Johnnell as my field expert and he was a God sent. He went Above and beyond the call of duty for me and I highly recommend him.

Moxie Pest Control field experts are always friendly, professional, and quietly go about working and completing their assignment. If they did not let you know that they were on site. You wouldn't really know that they are moving around the outside of the house. They also asked if I had any concerns that they needed to look at. Always a great experience with the Moxie team!!
