Great service! Company is quick to respond when issues arise. The service man today came out and was very thorough during the quarterly upkeep. Very pleased with this company this far.

Jackie did a thorough job of applying all the necessary chemicals in the right places around the house and yard. She explained to me what she did and reminded me to call if I see more critters. I really appreciate her service.

Had my first visit. Everything went great. Chris showed up when he said he would. Was very polite and respectful. Explained everything and listened to my wife and I concerns. I was really impressed with him. Now we wait and see how the product works. From what I’ve seen I believe it will. We have a bee/ wasp and ant problem. I am always fighting ants outside and in. Also spider problem around pool. I will definitely update this review after the product has time to work. Thank you

Easy to contact and schedule . They do their best to come out ASAP (not the same day, but they seem to do their best). Their tech reaches out 1 hour before coming in to ensure we are expecting them, which is a great feature as we all are at work and this helps us a lot to schedule our day and other activities. We had Jackie at our place yesterday and she did an awesome job!

We have used Moxie before and they give a guarantee they will come back with no charge if the pests aren’t eradicated. While cleaning our shed, I apparently disturbed a bees nest and was stung 17 times. We called and DeShawn came out super helpful and took care of the problem (no more stings to me!). Great company,great people and service.

James did awesome job! I had bees nest under my deck and James took out the nest! Besides the bees issue, James did everything else what the company says it would do. I look forward for the next service and hopefully it will be James doing the job.

Bob visited today a year after our termite traps were installed as a followup visit to see if the traps needed replaced. He answered all of my questions and stayed longer than he probably should have to do so. He was also the one who realized, last year, that I didn't have enough for my sized house and garage. He also reinstalled others, last year that were incorrectly installed by the initial crew with the wrong sized drill bit. He seems knowledgeable and patient to customers concerns. Very happy with this visit.

Called Friday to have a warranty service done to have some ants and spiders taken care of between normal service. James came out Monday and took care of everything for us. Extremely professional, courteous and helpful! Great job James. Thank you!!

Jackie (the pest control agent) has come to our house a few times now and she is excellent. She is attentive, considerate, and helpful. In general, all the agents that have come to us have been great! My one missing star has nothing to the agents, but the company itself. The quarterly services do not seem to handle our pest and bug problems. However, Moxie has a warranty service (which is included in your subscription) where you can call them back out for additional services at no charge. These additional services DO solve our pest problem. It's just frustrating to have to set aside more time to get additional treatments.
