It really was a pleasure having Brandon to do our service from Moxie for bug control. He was so polite and respectful for keeping our home clean. His professionalism was top notch for taking care to keep a rag on the end of the sprayer making sure no extra got anywhere. Also taking care to make sure to not harm any pets. He was very thorough and it didn’t feel rushed at all. His main priority was us feeling satisfied. I will be requesting him in the future and hope I’m lucky enough to get him again. I don’t know how good the product works yet, but I’m Big on Customer Service. The Tech that was at my home was Earnest respectful, friendly and helpful. He allowed me to walk around with him and answered any question I asked him with no hesitation. I would recommend anyone with customer service like this. Isaac was great! I have a service contract with Moxie and I called yesterday for additional service and they were here . I told Isaac what the problem was. He knew exactly what was going on. Told me what he was going to do, did it and was gone! I’ve been using moxie for a couple of years now, and I have never had any problems and they have always taken care of any issues. The company and their technicians, It was Isaac today, are friendly respectful, HAPPY folks! I appreciate the type of products they use. They don’t kill my bees, but they keep the spiders all those little itty bitty bugs away, making me a happy camper! Moxie has never questioned my calling for additional service. They just come and take care of the issue that I’m having. Money well spent.
