The people that come to spray are great. . Every one of them have been super nice and Mike has been the best so far. The company itself is a different story I do feel that it’s over priced, they advertise as a premium service but their customer service at corporate does not deliver. Not able to speak to a person on phone have to leave a message. They do not listen to what you want. It’s very frustrating

He did a wonderful job. He sprayed everywhere that we needed to be sprayed. He knocked down the wasp nest that seem to be accumulating. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend it to everybody

My field expert Mike Welsh provided an excellent service on 12/26/25: inspection, dewebbing, yard treatment and foundation spray. He also provided and placed mouse and insect glue traps. Great customer service. Thank you.

Today, we had Luke servicing our home, and he was very professional and patient at answering questions I had and explaining the process. It helped me so much understand what needed to be done especially inside the house. Thanks so much, Luke! And Moxie, a small suggestion for you, have your tech guys wear lighter clothing. With the high temperatures in the 90s, working outdoors is torture for these techs wearing long-sleeve shirts and long pants. A nice t-shirt with the Moxie logo, shorts, and a cap would probably be best for them. Thanks again for your service!

Technician Sasha came by to service our house for spiders and pests. She was very knowledgeable in the products used and what was new. She was thorough and patient answering all questions and offered great solutions for my second garage mosquito problem. She took notes, asked great questions, was fast and detailed with her service and left no corner untouched or without inspection. Considered my children, their playing areas and my pool construction. Icing on the cake that she was funny, kind and we had great conversation!<br />

Luke was very good. He politely called to let me know he was 15 mins away. He introduced himself when he got here. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions or problem areas. I felt like he gave me as much info as I needed. I wasn’t rushed. As for the qu as little of his work, I don’t know. I didn’t follow him around and I didn’t watch him mix any chemicals. I wouldn’t have known what he was putting down anyways. I thought he did great.
