Overall good people. They do a good job though they sometimes miss the wasp nests in my windows in the backyard which I tend to deal it myself (happened again in my last service call). They are also pretty respectful when entering your home. I’m comfortable enough to let them wonder my house on their own to spray.

I had Aclair come to our house to help us with our ant problem. He was very thorough about letting us know what was good for the pets how long they would need to be away from those areas but also gave us alternatives because we have pets and small children. He was very helpful and very informative about the products they use.
