William was great! He quickly let me know when he was starting my home Rx and checked in with me before leaving when he was finished. I will definitely request him for my future service!

Willian did an outstanding job servicing the outside of my house today. He was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in the work he does. He took the time to explain what he was doing, made sure everything around the exterior was treated properly, and answered all of my questions without rushing. It’s not often you come across someone with this level of customer service and attention to detail. If you get Willian as your technician, you’re definitely in good hands. Highly recommend!

Devin H was absolutely amazing! He was kind and patient with me while I showed him all of my concerns, he was clear with his plan on how to solve the issues I was having and went diligently to work! Devin went through everything he had done after he was finished and provided me with info, maintenance, and reassurance that I can call anytime between the scheduled service to have him come out if needed. I am so impressed with his attention to detail, customer service, and expertise! He is a true asset and reflection of the Company he works for! So Incredibly thankful that Devin was my technician, I hope he is assigned to come for my quarterly maintenance checks! I hope all of the Moxie customers have the opportunity to have Devin come out and service them, he is the BEST!!!<br /> Thank you Devin!!!

Peter was wonderful. He was very open and shared important information about his review and what he was seeing. I did not feel pressured (I have in the past with other techs) and he showed me the various pictures and walked through his concerns and answered all my questions. I had a lot.

Raynor was at Our home last year. He did an excellent job at inspecting Our Attic.<br /> He discussed Our options and prices. Jerome has performed my home service. The recently he was to inspect all the termite traps & refill bait if needed. He had a tool that would open the traps, but it was not the right one for our traps. He apologized & said the needed tool was back at the office. Since he wasn't originally assigned to perform this service, he said he might not be back that day. Turns out he surprised me by coming back and did what needed to be done. Another time, I told Jerome how terrified I am of spiders & there were a lot of areas they seemed to love. Jerome treated each area. 3 months later, he returned to perform my quarterly service. I was glad to see him again & praised for the thorough job he did the last time. I had not seen a spider in the 3 months after he treated my property. Jerome is wonderful with customers, very courteous, and diligent in giving his customers the best possible service. Can't say enough good things about him!

William was very professional. I had to leave to run errands and I saw on my text message that he was at the house working. My issues are spiders inside the home, so I called him to please wait until I got home. He waited and I told him the areas that needed extra attention. He was very accommodating. I would please suggest if you guys could provide a window of time when the tech may arrive. It’s said afternoon, but no window of time. Thanks
