I had an overall great experience with Moxie Pest Control, though there were a few hiccups along the way. I’m not a huge fan of the AI phone system—it feels limited when describing issues, and it incorrectly told me I didn’t need to be home even though the service I needed was for my attic. Thankfully, I was able to get someone out within 48 hours.<br />

The service request was for mice in my attic. Jonathan arrived without a ladder or traps, which was a little inconvenient, but I had a ladder available so he was still able to inspect the attic. Jonathan himself was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to understand my concerns and even scheduled a follow-up to set traps.<br />

Overall, Jonathan provided outstanding service, and I feel confident the issue will be resolved. Improving the AI phone system and ensuring technicians arrive fully prepared would make the experience perfect.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received! Our pest control technician Christopher arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing during our quarterly service. He inspected every area thoroughly, treated both inside and outside with great attention to detail, and even gave us helpful tips to keep our home protected between visits. You can tell he truly cares about his work and about keeping our home safe and comfortable. Outstanding service from start to finish—highly recommend!
