He clearly explained the treatment plan he intended to use, detailing how it would work to target the ant colonies and what we could expect in the days following the service. I particularly appreciated how he answered all our questions patiently. The intensive ant treatment itself was incredibly effective. Great first experience, Ben was super knowledgeable when signing us up and explaining why moxie was the better contractor as far as services that sets them apart. Also, Richard came out the next day right when they said he would and filly explained everything he was going to be doing to my property. Richard cert polite and easy to talk to. Again, great first experience.

William did a great job. This is my first service it’s only been a few days. I haven’t seen the results yet, but I have no doubt it’ll all work out. William was very informative. This company may be a little higher in price than some of the others in the area, but we gladly changed services after talking to Ben, the sales person. Moxie covers more pests, has warranties that cover you in between services, has attic and termite inspections, they truly care about their customers, have treatment products specific to Virgina's bugs and wildlife and have sales persons and technicians that are both well versed in their areas, as well as kind and pleasant demeanors. They offer military discounts and have sales around certain holidays too. Ben was the sales person who sold us the services. Very personable and knowledgeable. He was kind and listened a lot and explained the services thoroughly. He truly cared and wanted us to benefit the most from our pest control service. I don't usually allow door sales, but his demeanor and laid back nature, made him endearing and that opened the door for me to listen and for us to change services to one we can depend on. Richard was our first technician. He had the best smile and happy to meet you greeting. He explained everything again and made sure we were happy with what he was doing. He was reassuring and answered all the questions we asked easily and with kindness. Both of these young gentlemen are an asset to your company and really show the customers what Moxie is all about.

Denzel was phenomenal! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He was easy with a smile and a sense of humor. Felt like I'd made a new friend by the time he left. Their services are all encompassing. They offer a treatment for EVERYTHING!! I love that he was able to answer in detail every question I had.

We have had our termite service with Moxie for years. Moxie scheduled a visit immediately when we called regarding a termite swarm. We also had extensive concrete work done throughout our property resulting in all of our stations needing to be re-mapped and reinstalled. Sean and Vladimir were thorough, explained everything they would do and then walked me through once they were finished. I now understand my service better - they were extremely knowledgeable and eager to share that! Their work ethic and customer service skills are exceptional.
