At this point, the appointment was scheduled for 6:00 pm. Did not receive a 6:55 pm. The two young men arrived at 7:00 pm. They were both very professional kind and polite. Did give good instructions on what going to happen.<br />

I did have questions on chipmunks Which I have a huge issue with. I was looking for some solid answers but did not get them.

Even though the office didn’t call back, it worked out. William was a great person to deal with, he showed up 5 minutes before we got back home . So was able to get in the house to take care of the ants. Very pleasant person to deal with. Thank you!

John did a great job. Called and let me know he was on his way and let me know the estimated time he would arrive loved that he did that. He was friendly and sprayed inside the house and outside the house including the garage like I asked.<br />
