Absolute top-notch service from Isaiah Peets at Moxie Pest Control. He went above and beyond — knocking down every hornets’ nest around the house and making sure nothing was missed. Isaiah took his time, never rushed, and even provided extra mouse traps for the attic without me having to ask. His customer service was outstanding — professional, thorough, and respectful the entire visit. It’s rare to see that level of care these days. Highly recommend him.

Brandon was early to arrive, explained everything is was going to do and completed it in 45 minutes. Once he completed he gave me my summary card, and because it rained earlier that morning said they would be back before 30 days. He was very professional and polite. What an awesome experience! Isaiah Peets is the definition of amazing customer service while being incredibly educated regarding his job and takes pride in his work. This is something that lacks most places. He explained the process of treating and why. He ensured my animals were up with explaining why and took great care while in and outside of our home.
