Kurt was phenomenal and answered all of our questions readily. His attention to detail was second to none, and explained the problems that he found in our attic/basement clearly. The service tech was a very nice young man. He was not only well informed but worked fast and took care of our home. He was also a great help to my wife, who had recently had surgery. He was kind enough to help her lift an object heavier than she's allowed to carry so that it could be disposed of in the trash can outside. He is a very kind person. Robert showed up promptly at the scheduled time, and was able to quickly and thoroughly accomplish our attic inspection. He took photos of the inspected areas, shared them with me, and explained what exactly he's looking for as far pest ingress into a home. Robert was personable, informative, professional, and quick.

Jordan did a great job addressing our pest control needs. He was attentive and informative. All of the techs from Moxie over the years have been professional. Their service works well for our needs.

I am notified before the team comes to work in my yard. The technical tells me what they are treating for and asks if I have any problems indoors. So far, I haven't. I would, however, like to remind Moxie that if you go through a closed gate to access the backyard, PLEASE shut the gate and be sure it is latched when you finish. My little dog did enjoy sitting in the front yard surveying the neighborhood and no harm was done.

Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable about helping solve my pest issues going on. I rate him at 5 stars. His the only one that made me aware of what services the company is not offering me for all the money we spend a month for only terminate coverage. Hopefully someone calls me about the other issues that's on going to solve.
