Keeping Seattle homes pest free

I found myself with an ant problem I the kitchen a couple of days before my vacation. It was too late for a service call but a temporary solution was recommended to last until my return. That solution was successful. As promised, I had a service call within hours of my arrival home where “magic drops” were distributed to the “ant route”. Quinton (the technician) and I had a good chuckle over my success at temporarily ridding myself of the ants?<br /> <br /> 12/2/25 This is an update. I stand behind my previous review. I’m pleased to say that my vacation was wonderful and upon return - no ants! However, all the “magic drops “ were gone also. Just before Thanksgiving I had a counter full of ants. Out came the magic spray and a call was placed to Moxie. Unfortunately, given the holiday and the increase in ant problems in the area, a service call was not available until today. Anticipating that problem, I liberally sprayed the counter top with apple cider vinegar and blessed the fact that I was not hosting Thanksgiving. Quinton returned today and laughed when he saw my little bottle of vinegar. He replaced the “drops” and treated the outside. If I have a future ant problems in this area I will be requesting Quinton’s services

William was flexible in understanding we were not home when we received the notice he was arriving soon. He was willing to wait 30 minutes for us to arrive. He dusted, sprayed, set up our mouse traps and refilled the ones we had. He also worked during our big snow storm when it was literally freezing outside. Great job and service with a positive attitude.

I was not home when my tech provided service but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and everything was complete and more. In addition to my ant issue, my tech checked my entire area and found other issues. He took care of those on his own. I hand been with Moxie for years because of their great service.

Patrick introduces hisself and answered previously unanswered questions for me. He performed our quarterly service and checked in before departing letting us know what was accomplished. Excellent service from Patrick today!

Raymond was awesome and definitely went above and beyond. The company however, I have issues with. Any company that would send technicians out on a day like Saturday does not deserve my business and I will be severing our service.

Peter did a fantastic job—he's so knowledgeable! He took the time to explain things to my wife and me in way that's easy to understand. Overall, we consistently receive outstanding service from him.

Adrian was thorough in this instances treatment of our home. He ensured every vulnerable spot was tended to, making the house feel more secure. The difference since we joined the Pest Control program has been nothing short of satisfying and noticeable. And Adrian's service will be no exception.

Michael Jones provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to help me. He put in extra effort to locate and spray/kill the wasps inside my home making sure the job was done throughly and safely. He was professional and thoughtful. I am grateful for his dedication and highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.
