Tim (sales rep) was exceptional. Movie was even able to provide same day service. Sean & a teammate arrived when scheduled and they did an excellent job! Professional, respectful, and courteous. This was my first experience with Moxie and I'm happy to report I'm impressed. Thank you!

Gabe did a fine job. Her was polite, professional and personable. Overall I was pleased with Moxie. My only concern is the billing. I prefer to pay only when service is provided or better yet be billed, but not have my account attached to a card number.

Follow up to my previous review. Haidyn, the local manager came out today and personally listened to my side, then told me what should have happened, and did our service personally. He was great, he lives what customer service should be. We were very satisfied with his service, and his promise to us how we would be taken care of going forward. So as of today, I'm changing my review from one star to a five star, purely for how Haidyn represented his company, and how he carried himself. Your sales guy told us all these things you could do, including flea and tick protection. we asked how far could you go, he replied thirty feet from the house for a certain dollar amount, I said, how much to go all the way to the property line including our woods (we are on a 2 acre lot). he said, you could do it and gave me the price. I was happy as could be to pay the price, and at the same time skeptical. your tech showed up and made one pass next to the property line then cleaned the cob webs off the house and sprayed the outside and was out of here in 23 minutes total. Before he left, I asked him if he was done, he said yes, I said I was watching and he didn't do the lawn from the house to the woods, he stated he did it. there is no way he could have done an acre of land, cleaned the cob webs, sprayed the entire house, Including carrying a tree stump to stand on to reach the cob webs. My wife tried to call and your voice message said you're representatives were available because they are training, and said please call back and hung up. At this point we felt like we were being scammed, so we cut off our credit card. your office called today, left a voice mail asking for us to call, when I did I got the same message that said you were in training and call back, and hung up. I hope we can clear this up so we either fix this or go our seperate ways.

Jeff came today to do our quarterly pest control treatment. He was very professional, greeted us to inform he was available to do the treatments. I requested for a treatment near our bathroom when we happened to see a big waterbug the day before. Jeff did a thorough and wonderful treatment job for us. Thank you Jeff.

Very prompt. Very good service very courteous service. The representative was extremely thorough in his spraying of our home outside around the house and inside. It’s a five star performance. It’s worth $20 not just five dollars.

We have very excellent experience with Moxie Pest Control. Last five years we are their customer and we love their services. Jose did a great job. Very courteous and helpful guy. Logan came out with another gentleman. They were both very polite and professional and listened to our concerns. They had it done swiftly. They also informed us they could smell gas by our meter. Turns out we had a big leak. It was indeed an emergency and was fixed asap. We had no idea and I’m so thankful they caught that! I’d definitely recommend them!

*Update to our service* My original review still stands. The insulation renovation project is now complete, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The technician and installer team, led by Carlos Hernández, did an outstanding job. This project was no easy feat, yet they completed it in just a day and a half — in the brutal Texas heat, no less! They communicated clearly throughout and demonstrated excellent customer service. Consider us lifetime customers of Moxie. From our very first contact with Mark Krogstad to the thorough inspection by Logan Duke, the customer service was truly exceptional. Moxie kindly offered a free attic inspection after learning about a nearby home infested with rats and mice — unfortunately, we ended up being the new home for those uninvited guests. 😩 Logan took detailed photos and explained everything clearly to both me and my husband. He went above and beyond by helping us secure financing for the project, understanding that our finances have been tight due to multiple home improvement projects since we bought the house just three months ago. Logan’s empathy and support put my mind at ease during a stressful time. Thanks to Moxie, we’re confident this issue will be resolved, and now we know exactly where to turn and who to recommend for any future pest problems.

If we could give him 100 stars we would! Ulises was very professional and friendly! He made conversation with us and treated us like we had known each other for years but we really just met him once! His company is lucky to have a member like him on their team! Also- we have been using this company for a few months and have been impressed since day 1 we have noticed a huge difference and will continue to use them!
