Keeping San Antonio homes pest free

Jacob was very very respectful of our property. He was super knowledgeable about services and answered any question I had. Jacob was one of the most friendliest field experts I’ve encountered with the company in a long time. If I could request him specifically each and every time, I would!! More employees should strive to be like Mr. Jacob. 10/10!

Moxie Pest technicians are the best experts to have when using or choosing a pest control company. My home has been pest free for around 3 years since I've been using them. Best decision I ever made for my home.

The Moxie team did a great job removing rodents from the attic and adding in new insulation. Joseph, Chris, Terry, and Caleb were all very professional and answered our questions while explaining the entire process and keeping us updated.

Quick thurough and respectfull. The tech was quick to address my concerns and focus on the spots I asked them too. They even made sure our barn cat was not harmed or disturbed during the service.

We will be canceling our service. We’ve had moxie for a few months now but it just seems to be problem after problem. Firstly, they will still solicit even though we have signs and my husband was talked into the service. Fine. But we still saw quite a bit of bugs. They show up for all of 5 mins I’m not sure if they’re even doing it right. My husbands biggest irritant is that we’ve asked multiple times to be scheduled to do the inside of the house as well as out and each time they come they “don’t have” the right stuff to do the inside only outside. They blame someone else for not writing it in notes every single time. They also keep calling about termite inspection so someone came out and said they weren’t even going to look because our house wasn’t even a year old. But they KEEP calling and asking us to set up an appointment to check .. is anyone working there??

Company is amazing. Caleb especially is an incredible employee. Before they do any work everything is explained, reason behind the choice (or reasons behind each option for you to choose) and they do not leave until all questions or concerns are addressed. Caleb is especially great as he goes above and beyond to ensure your house is 100% covered and even the “niche” scenarios are handled

It was an overall great experience with our technician, Terry. He has been here many times before and always does a great job. If we did have an issue about anything, we call the office and they will come right back out and fix the problem. I am happy to say that we have only had to give a call back once and that was for a broken termite bate station that I ran over with the lawnmower. My fault and they came out immediately to replace it. Moxie is highly recommended by our standards.

I used Moxie for a while and they were great for normal Pest Control, but we used them for our Termite control as well and I will tell you, find another company. The upfront cost was a lot, but I expected it to be, but then we just had our first yearly inspection. The guy was here for all of 20 minutes and said everything looked good and we were charged almost $500. What a ripoff. Now I am glad we moved on from Moxie and will definitely be looking for another company for our Termite control as well.

Chris R. did an amazing job. He was not only a very professional tech to me, he was also respectful of my property. I feel he went above and beyond ensuring I received a quality treatment. He took detailed notes of the areas that really needed some extra attention to ensure they are done the same way next time. Great prices on top of great service. Highly recommend!
