The techs who come out to provide service are very professional, courteous and thorough. The organic treatments are effective and provide peace of mind that pets and kids are not exposed to any toxins. I've had some issues in the past with the main office not always providing advance notice of a scheduled service, sometimes resulting in a scramble. However, they are very accommodating anytime I do need to reschedule.

Jorge was very helpful today. He came back for my warranty. The wasps had returned. He asked me to move my car so that the wasp spray he applied to the wasp remover pole would not harm my paint finish on my car. He walked around the house to make sure there were no other wasps nests around the house. He was thorough. He showed be all the dead wasps. Hopefully, I won’t be seeing the wasp anymore.
