As always, outstanding service. Our Technician arrived on time, as promised. The service work was completed in a timely manner. I was given a detailed explanation of what was done and clear directions on how to care for my lawn. This company, and their team members, have excellent customer service. Their communication with clients is great. I highly recommend Moxie Pest Control, and Baylee, for you pest control and lawn fertilization needs. I really appreciate that these folks call me when it is time for a treatment. I don’t have to try and remember to call them. Moxie, and Baylee, are the best. 20 Stars!

Prince did a great job servicing our warehouse. He was thorough, professional, and made sure to remove spider webs and wasp nests before applying treatment. He sprayed key areas inside and out to create a strong barrier against pests. Appreciate his attention to detail—highly recommend!

Michael and Kirsten serviced my home today. They were polite and courteous and explained what they were going to do. They found some rodents, removed them, and gave me great advice about how to prevent them in the future. I was impressed with both of them and their professionalism. Moxie always has great people who do a wonderful job. Thanks!

Our tech was great! He had finished the service to the outside of our house when we were getting home. We were surprised that Moxie was servicing us today, no messages, email, text letting us know. We have had a problem with ants inside and our tech was happy to come back and handle that issue too. He went above and beyond today!

Moxie has been awesome. We’ve used a handful of other companies over the last 10 years and Moxie is the best! Mirko is our favorite rep that’s come out. He’s friendly and thorough. I never feel uncomfortable with him on my property, including coming into my home to spray. I give him 5+ stars!

Michael was very professional and thorough in helping me understand and provide OJT for Tyler as a new hire who accompanied him. He was very knowledgeable and recognized my communication style and provided a no nonsense approach which was exactly what I needed. It was comforting to see a technician adjust to meet the customers needs while also providing valuable expertise in this field of work. Because he’s so good at what he does and really LISTENS to the customer, I felt comfortable having him in my home and confident Moxie’s services are going to work with my current pest control problems. I will definitely refer others to Moxie because of the trust that was established in a short amount of time. I wish Moxie did heating and plumbing too!!!

This was our initial service call with Moxie Pest Control. We were impressed with Meli’s professionalism and work ethic. The temperatures were very cold today, but that didn’t stop Meni. He went right to work both outside and inside our home. We are very happy with what we have seen from Moxie so far and look forward to having them provide additional service for us in the future.
