Keeping Salt Lake City homes pest free

Loved that Baylee was conscientious. Made sure the gates were closed so my four legged monsters didn't get out and didn't disturb mama duck that has decided to nest her 9 babies next to our front door. She must have nerves of steel.

I have been using Moxie for a few years. They are always great to work with. Customer service is always great. Today’s tech Steven was great. I was in a hurry and as I was leaving I saw him picking up my dogs’ toys before he sprayed. I sure appreciated that.

Meki was awesome!! He came early, listened to all my concerns about the bugs around our house, sprayed everything well outside and was very kind and helpful. He was considerate when he sprayed inside our home and wore foot coverings as well. It was a positive experience and he was great to work with.

Alex did a great job and was considerate and friendly. He did extras that I asked for without hesitation. He explained everything before working and then reported before leaving. I highly recommend Moxie and their well-trained techs.

Moxie, there pest control services dudes are truly professional. I have always felt heard by all the Moxie staff and they strive for my satisfaction every time. For me the pricing is affordable. To all the spiders/german roaches in my yard. Beware! lol Thanks Guys!

Brandon was great! He took time to listen to my concerns about different things in my yard, answered my questions, explained what he would do to fit the circumstances, and followed up after to let me know he was done and how things went, including giving me some special instructions for an issue with our tire swing. He said he would put notes in our account of the unique things that would affect future service visits. He even closed our wonky gate I had opened for him (which I really appreciate for our dogs, in case I would have forgot to go back and close it)! I really appreciated his care and making me feel important, and not a number on his list. I haven't ever had a bad experience with any of the Moxie techs, but this service by Brandon was probably the best I've had!

Michael was fantastic! We chatted about the pest activity in our yard in the past, and if any issues have shown up yet this year. He explained that the early springlike weather has invited the wasps and ant out, and that Moxie can come out anytime issues come (which is a great service). I told him that our biggest issue every year is the wasps. Today, he did a really thorough job inspecting our deck top and underneath, as well as the swingset and trees and ground in the front. He did find a black widow by the swingset. He shared some ideas of what we could do to manage the wasps and spiders. It was great information, and I really appreciated him taking the time to listen and problem solve with me. Michael, thank you!

We’ve been using Moxie for years and have always had great results. We only have them service the outside of the house and really haven’t had any issues with pests inside the house. Brandon did a great job on our most recent visit. Very prompt and courteous.

Matt was very friendly and helpful. He explained the evaluation he was going to do and then reviewed the results in a clear, professional manner. We easily understood the benefits of moving forward with the termite service and are happy to have this protection for our home.
