Keeping Salt Lake City homes pest free

Moxie was incredibly quick to respond when we needed service. We really appreciated how promptly they were able to help us. Prince was our service technician, and he was wonderful! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. We really appreciated how friendly he was and how thoroughly he answered our questions. Absolutely would recommend Moxie for any future needs.

Today was the first day we had Moxie come out to our house/property to rid us of an ant infestation we discovered while moved into a few months ago. As far as the human interactions have gone, they are amazing. Abbi A. listened to everything I told her about the yard, the dead tree stumps, the house and shed. She was thorough, took the extra time to make sure that we could be ant free soon. I will update this review after we have more time to evaluate how well the pest control has performed. We had a great sales individual (Tucker B!) as well that took time to walk around and look at how bad the situation actually is. Multiple colonies, multiple problem areas- and so far all our own methods have not dented this crazy situation of ants. We have sugar ants and are located in Utah. So far everything I’ve experienced with Moxie has been amazing, fingers crossed that Tucker and Abbi A. have saved us. Abbi even decided to do a one week follow up due to the amount she was seeing. This is free of charge and I’m so grateful to have it. I would recommend to friends and family as if my current experience.

I just want to say thank you to Ryan for coming he was very professional and took time to inform me about what he was doing and what he was using to kill the insects. He treated me like I was a priority and was compassionate about my animals. Our lawn care professional did a very good job, Dalton was thorough and asked me if there was any questions about his service and if I had questions about the lawns he serviced! I was pleased with his service!

Jason was outstanding and the best specialist I’ve ever had on my property. He spent quality time explaining Moxie’s service and shared some tips that will be very helpful. I hope Jason comes back or someone with similar knowledge and skill. He’s the best.

He was patient and understanding as I told him about not spraying my windows because I pay dearly to have them washed. He has a great personality and is a good listener: an asset to your company.
