We had a great experience with Mixie Pest Control, especially working with Madeline Carney. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable from the moment she arrived. Madeline took the time to explain everything she was doing, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the treatment plan.<br />

What really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine care. She noticed our pet bearded dragon and made sure we had her safely inside before starting any spraying, which we really appreciated. She also asked for permission before treating an area with weeds that was close to grass we might not have wanted affected—taking that extra step to check rather than assume says a lot about her professionalism.<br />

Moxie's team members are always courteous and thorough. Today, Thomas took the time to listen to my concerns of upcoming seasonal issues and confirmed whether I was having any existing problem areas. Then Thomas clearly explained how he would apply the solution(s) that are a part of my service contract with Moxie. He also resupplied me with bait traps I can use within my home/garage.
