Jorge and Jacob were awesome! They had finished at another job early and contacted me to see if i would like them to come earlier or simply keep the same time. I opted for the earlier slot. 15 minutes before the time agreed upon. I arrived at the house and they were around the corner waiting(they did not know i arrived). It was nice to see people actually be on time, and in their case, early! When the appointment time arrived, they evaluated the house went over the services I requested, and went right to work. They were incredibly friendly and in and out before we even knew it. Great service from 2 great technicians.
Well, I'm initially very impressed with service and response to addressing my needs to eliminate bugs. The extra detail to removing spider webs in difficult to reach areas is greatly appreciated. The application of granules on lawns areas was not ever done with prior pest control service, very nice to have as part of bi-monthly service. Our service tech, Seth, was extremely helpful in making sure everything was to my liking, Great job Moxie.
