James was very professional, pleasing demeanor. Very thorough in the service provided and explained what the service covers. Prior to arrival phone call from Moxie was also excellent for confirming services being purchased, conveyed by a courteous staff. Got a starter offer for $25 but quarterly fees are reasonable too. I'm a return customer so yeah, they're very reliable.
