I had an excellent experience with Moxie Pest Control, thanks to our technician Samuel T. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood the treatment process.<br /> <br /> What impressed me most was his attention to detail—he didn’t just do a quick spray and leave. Samuel carefully inspected problem areas, offered preventative tips, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. His friendly attitude and commitment to great customer service really stood out.

Just signed up at Sam's Club! D'Angelo was our Moxie technician today and he was so kind and super quick! He took care of everything from the front to the back of the house! He was literally in and out in less than 20 minutes and covered everywhere! Got full pest control + mosquito, all with pet friendly organic pesticides. Hoping it all works out to keep the bugs away! ❤️

We are in the Fairfax, VA area!<br /> Caleb and Aaron (originally from California, currently in Virginia working with Moxie) were amazing in their work beyond their pest control job for Moxie. My daughter, another friend and I (3 struggling women) were stranded in a parking lot, trying to fix a flat tire and they came to our rescue after noticing that we were struggling. These two young men demonstrated patience, kindness, a great work ethic, and service attitude the entire time they were helping us. Moxie is very fortunate to have these two employees working for their company! Our friend who was with us, uses Moxie and also verbalized how much they valued the pest control service. We are very likely to recommend Moxie in the future!

James is great! Always impressed with the customer service of Moxie employees. James is not an exception. He put my mind at ease with my concerns and helped inform my decision making with his knowledge base. He also provided treatment that I didn’t know I needed before I made the appointment and took care of a lingering issue.

Scott came and performed a consultation and we ended up buying a prevention plan. The process was smooth and quick using Wisetack. The technician Ariel was knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with the service level at Moxie-Chantilly.

Amanda M. serviced my home for wasps and ants on 6/11/25. She went above and beyond removing almost 10 nests from my porch, treating the rest of the property thoroughly, and explaining the products and processes in detail. Very pleased with the customer service, communication, and knowledge. Jeremy G. also stopped by the same day to check our termite traps and was very friendly and happy to answer all my questions. Thank you guys!

Kevin was super professional and nice, he showed me where we had an ant colony right outside under the car port and he treated it and made sure to note the account to have someone come back in 2 weeks to make sure this problem is fixed. He was very thorough and I appreciated that so much, he even treated our laundry room as well. I’m going to request Kevin for my next service appointment if possible!
