Keeping Minneapolis homes pest free Moxie Pest Control

We've had Joshua's Pest Control for a couple years now after ditching a competitor. I'm glad we did. Their technicians are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They clearly explain the service they'll be performing and are able to confidently answer questions. Quick, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Arrived and was very respectful when communicating and then answered our questions and provided details to help us understand what he was doing and why. Even provided some fun facts about parts that were interesting. Good guy and great service.

Brandon did a great job. We’ve been experiencing mice problems and he is addressing that. We used to have a lot of spiders too, but since having Joshua’s Pest Control, the spiders have disappeared in our home. I highly recommend Joshua’s and their service worker, Brandon!!

I think Austin did an okay job. He was here about 15 minutes. He checked in at the beginning which is typical for you folks. But, that said, I wished you folks would check in with us at the end (especially since you are only out here only quarterly) to give an update and again ask if there are any questions. It would also be helpful if we could get a text a day or two prior to your arrival. Sending an email the afternoon of the day before arrival and a text when on way does not give us much time to adjust our availability if we have questions. Or if we’d like to be at home when the service is completed.

Chelsea was excellent at servicing our home. We have windows all the way around and I was feeding the kids breakfast while she worked on our house. She is clearly committed to giving excellent service from start to finish. She sent a text letting us know she was on her way, she was super friendly and personable and got right to work with a pep in her step. She even brought my kids coloring books and just in my opinion went above and beyond. We’ve had a couple techs that I thought did a good job, but Chelsea clearly takes her role seriously and wants to do well in her position. Very impressed. Please send her back if possible.

Daniel H. arrived as scheduled, did a great job, and provided thorough and accurate notes following the treatment regarding the services he provided. We initially signed-up for a trial period, but are currently discussing continuing the service from Joshua’s Pest Control. It works and the customer service seems to be very good and very attentive.

Joseph did a great job today spraying for bugs/rodents. He was very thorough. We have a fenced in back yard and he closed both gates without me asking him to. I had him spray indoors and he was friendly and again, very thorough. I would like for him to come spray our house every time going forward. He is a great asset to the Company!

"They" were helpful in explaining in detail the products used and how they were going to apply them. They were thorough with an attention to detail. I was also asked if I had any other concerns that could be addressed now, or at another time. I appreciated their work, and one of them even appreciated my old car.
