Kody was very pleasant. He came to the door with a smile on his face and enthusiasm in his step. He completed the work, reported on the bait boxes, and wished me a good day. Feenyx did an amazing job! Very friendly & helpful. He heard my kiddos in the background & gave them some cute coloring books😊 And even brought up the driveway both of my garbage cans!! That was very sweet & unexpected. Kiddos saw his act of kindness so it prompted them to want to make & give him a thank you valentine while he serviced the outside of the house.😊 Thank you!

Mackinzey/Phoenix did an excellent job with the outside service and took care to help me identify the likely entry point of a recently discovered mouse as well as helped me with several solutions to prevent and treat. I definitely enjoyed their service and am happy to be a Moxie customer! Service received was first quarterly external treatment along with some specific interior basement questions. We have a service plan so I’m unsure of cost but I do believe it to be reasonably priced for all that comes with the contracted service plan.

Tristan did a great job helping me with my mouse problem. Looked for possible entrance points. Placed traps in areas of concern and helped check possible spot for dead mouse that I could not reach. Refilled outside boxes and set me up for a 30 day checkup to see how the traps worked. He even cleaned up some webs he saw outside in the front of my house. Personable, professional, and knowledgeable!

I made a request to have my exterior bait boxes checked. And within an hour Robert was able to come out and take care of that.<br />
I learned later that Moxie billed me for my quarterly service I’m not sure if typically everything that’s included with that was able to be done because of our weather. As far as the insect control etc. Robert did brush off the front porch .
