Tristan did a great job helping me with my mouse problem. Looked for possible entrance points. Placed traps in areas of concern and helped check possible spot for dead mouse that I could not reach. Refilled outside boxes and set me up for a 30 day checkup to see how the traps worked. He even cleaned up some webs he saw outside in the front of my house. Personable, professional, and knowledgeable!

I made a request to have my exterior bait boxes checked. And within an hour Robert was able to come out and take care of that.<br />
I learned later that Moxie billed me for my quarterly service I’m not sure if typically everything that’s included with that was able to be done because of our weather. As far as the insect control etc. Robert did brush off the front porch .

I think Kip did a great job inspecting the attic. There were great notes and photographs. However, I was told he would text me the notes, photos, and treatment plans so I could show my husband and it was never sent. Please send me the information. Thank you.

These guys did a fantastic job. Our house was built in 1942 with lots of little openings so we had a mouse problem. I normally try to go with local companies but went with Orkin when a friend who had worked for them recommended them. The sales person was very experienced and found things we hadn’t noticed and the service manager was onsite the day the team was working. Good choice all around. Sometimes a national company just knows more.

We had Tristan come to our house this last time. He was very courteous. He introduced himself, explained what he was going do, asked if we had any concerns or requests, and offered my kids coloring books. I was very impressed with how professional, thorough, and polite he was.
