We love Joshua’s (Moxie) Pest Control service and staff. Every single field expert that has serviced our property has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. After a couple years into our service experience with them, we cancelled our membership and noticed within just a few weeks that we had made a terrible mistake!!! We re-enrolled and have been happy and satisfied with our service ever since!!

Everyone I’ve interacted with is very friendly and knowledgeable. Chelsea came out early in the morning for our first treatment and walked me through all of the things she’d be doing to keep our home and yard pest free. She was very quick but also very thorough.

Today was my first service, and so far everything looks good. I do have some concerns about canceling the service since I’m planning to sell the house (which is actually why I signed up when the salesperson approached me while I was doing yard work). I was told there’s free cancellation, so I submitted a cancellation request today — both through the online form/message to the salesperson and also directly to the technician who completed the service, who noted it in my visit. I hope everything goes smoothly, as I definitely don’t want to be charged for services after I no longer live here.
