There was confusion with customer service. I was wanting the inside done as well as outside and they were going to give a call before they came. Well, that did not happen and I had left to run an errand came back and he had already came and gone. I was only gone 45 minutes, but I did not receive a call like I was told I was going to receive.. I was very upset. Keambi the tech turned around, came back and was very nice. Did the inside of my house and was very professional and beyond nice. Alyssa was the customer rep that helped to get this problem, resolved very grateful to her as well. Just received our first extermination service from Moxie Pest Control Service. I could not be more pleased. Our initial serviceman, Bruce, was a delight; professional, engaging, knowledgeable, and polite! He worked hard, asked for our input, gave us pointers . . . even about stuff we didn’t know we needed!

This team in the heights area are top notch. Anthony (Ant man) is outstanding and made signing up (and canceling my old pest control) so easy. Bruce came by next day and was great too. These guys are hungry for work and bust their butts. They knocked all the little spider webs off the house. It looks so good. I’m so glad we switched. Wish I would have done it sooner.

Service was well provided by punctual notice, outside and inside treatment. For treatment inspected house, they even wear shoe cover and thoroughly apply pest control spray into inner perimeters. Payment plan is clear enough to understand what payment schedule we should expect. This is just the first treatment so next month then will have.every 3 month treatment interval. So far we satisfied their service.

Xavier B. and his coworker Allen did excellent! Xavier call but wasn't able to answer it. Then I received a text yesterday 01/31/2026, that stated they were on their way. After 7 minutes, they were at our house and no delays at all. Both of them made sure that everything at the exterior part of our house has has been treated well for our Bimonthly maintenance pest control. Keep it up! Thank y'all!
