My first service was with Shedrick and Anthony were very kind and very informative! They were very professional and polite when I was trying to hurry and get my children out of the door. Great experience. My very next service was with Jade and she very professional and super kind!! I told her about our any problem and she made sure to address my concerns and she explained everything very well! We are extremely happy with our service!

Isaiah did such a great job! He had such a pleasant and kind attitude the entire time and was very patient with me. He was willing to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond during my service to ensure everywhere I wanted sprayed was taken care of. I’ve been very happy so far with my pest control services from Moxie!

Great service! Jade was professional, on time, and very thorough. She solved our pest problem quickly and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. Jade was also careful not to knock down a bird's nest that is on my porch. They have eggs in there and I'm a little protective of the little birdies. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Moxie Pest Control! Jakeen, the technician, was punctual, professional, and quick with the indoor service. A week prior, I had the exterior of my home treated, and the customer service team was incredibly accommodating. Since I have a newborn at home, they gladly scheduled the indoor treatment for another day to work around our needs. I really appreciated the flexibility and care from both the tech and the office staff. Highly recommend!

Yangie did an outstanding job treating both the inside and outside of our home for pests and insects. His attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. Not only was the service effective, but Yangie was also an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend him and would gladly have him back!

Initial installment: Anthony, the supervisor and Brandon the trainee. They both were made aware of my expectations and during their services of my property. Brandon seems to be a good trainee and hopefully a benefit to the company. Anthony was thorough with Brandon of the company’s procedures of his expected duties.. Jakeen was great today, arrived on time and got straight to work. Very efficient with communication and really cares about customers and the work he does. Was open to answering questions and resolving any issues (we had none.) Extremely attentive as well. Would rate more stars on our service today if I could!

Excellent service provided by Isaiah F., the field expert. He asked about my concerns & then went to work. Isaiah was professional, personable and extremely thorough, sharing without solicitation, his findings & subsequent actions outside the home (wasp nests). Thanks for a job well done.

Moxie Pest did a great job. The entire team (Sean/Jade/Jakeen) were very professional, organized, and polite, excellent customer service. I just received my initial treatment and they even removed the little webs that were building up on the outside ceiling crevices.
