Keeping Houston homes pest free

My review is solely for my Technician, Jai ! For the first time in the 4-5 months that I have had service with Moxie, I could actually SEE that he did the services I requested today. And he did it thoroughly! Please send Jai back EVERYTIME! And then I might be able to give Moxie a good review too.

Jakeen did an outstanding job servicing my house, garage and yard. I told him my wife got new chickens and he was very knowledgeable about the yard treatment and how it could affect the chickens when they become free roaming. He was cautious to not treat the areas where the chickens stay. He treated the inside of my shop and the outsides for new red paper wasps that were starting to make a home in my work area. He was very professional, friendly and even offered information on chicken supply stores that he personally knew of. He is an outstanding example of excellent customer service and that reflects accurately of Moxie Pest Control. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement for the other companies out there that fall short and underperform. I’m glad I switched. I believe this is my 3rd service so far and it has absolutely been effective on the outside and especially the inside in the kitchen. We had German roach infestation specifically in the kitchen after our house flooded last year, I believe they came in from a used oven I bought 😐. They were able to come in and prevent them from spreading and killing the ones that were visible. I haven’t had a problem in months. Christian did an awesome job serving my home today. He handled the exterior treatment this time but also recommended doing the interior as well to the most value out of the service. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail!

Our guy was really great. His name was Greg. My pit bull Zeus got out and charged him and he remained calm and was really cool about it. Just wanted to say, thanks for not freaking out Greg.

Jai did an excellent job, he was very professional and helpful. He took care of the yard treatment and placed roach bait traps in the attic. As usual Moxie hires and takes care of their employees, which in turn the employees take great care of their clients. Thank you Jai for a job well done

Jonathon was my field expert today and he did a great job. He asked me what my concerns were and found a solution in the mean time so I could make an appointment with Moxie to get it checked out. He also completed the other tasks that were scheduled for today. Very informative and helpful.

Walter from Moxie Pest Control was absolutely fantastic! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure every concern was addressed.
