Ian was very good tough for him to work in the snow like that. he did a good job. I also asked him when the end of my contract was so I didn't have to dig through my files. But I did not get an answer. I am not sure but I think I have one more service<br />

Our service tech Kyler was very professional and completed the job timely. When he arrived, he told us what he was going to do and explained that there was some work he couldn’t perform because of the weather. Very nice guy!

They have been very helpful, coming out between scheduled calls when necessary, and very polite as well. They are flexible. I bought the organic package and sometimes choose to use non organic options in certain locations or for certain pests and they listen and are able to make adjustments.

Kyle was very polite and conscientious. He answered all of my questions and walked the perimeter of the house with me to see where the problem areas are. He did what he could to help me and suggested other things that I could do to go along with what he did. He was a pleasure to work with and I would be happy to recommend him and Moxie.
