Keeping Hartford homes pest free

Ashley was great. She arrived in the late afternoon even in the 100+ feel like tell. She was very professional, listened to my concerns, and took care of them all. Worked quickly and was very thorough. Before she left she explained everything she had done and made sure I understood what I needed to do.

We’ve been happy Moxie customers for a while now, but Ashley took it to the next level today! She was incredibly kind to my kids and patiently listened to their observations and comments; she even gave them fun Moxie activity books. Thanks for brightening my children’s evening. We appreciate you! And best of all, we’ve seen great pest control since we started using Moxie — I rarely see ants, never see earwigs anymore! It’s well worth the expense for us.

Meghan and her colleague Julian were great! Friendly and efficient. I give 4 stars because the technicians have all been so nice and helpful, but the company’s overall communication is seriously lacking. Scheduling is tough and often delayed through automated messages, and time estimates are non existent as they give you a 12 hour window, so you find yourself either waiting around all day or being surprised by service on a day you weren’t expecting with hardly any notice. Hard to manage when you need to plan to run home from work to put a dog inside, open gates etc. Overall the people working for Moxie deserve 5 stars but the company itself a 3.

At this point, the appointment was scheduled for 6:00 pm. Did not receive a 6:55 pm. The two young men arrived at 7:00 pm. They were both very professional kind and polite. Did give good instructions on what going to happen.<br /> Very nice young men for sure. Thanks. Time will tell how the results will be.<br /> I did have questions on chipmunks Which I have a huge issue with. I was looking for some solid answers but did not get them.

Justin did an amazing job. He explained the process and asked us if we had any question. He went through every corner of the house and I think he did an excellent job :) can’t wait to see the result. Thank you

Blake was a kind and approachable salesperson, and I told him he knocked at the perfect time because I was tyring to figure out how to rid my yard of ticks. The technician Meghan was very friendly and efficient and answered all of my questions.
