Damon sent me a text the day before as a reminder he would be coming to service our home. He also sent another text the day of with a tracking link so I would know exactly when he would arrive.<br /> <br /> He rang the bell and arrived with a big smile on his face and was professional and polite. He performed his job efficiently and thoroughly. I welcome him back as our technician and highly recommended him. Moxie is lucky to have him.

Bubba came out because I had seen some earwigs and lady bugs inside my home. He explained the process and what he could do and he was very professional and thorough when explaining what to do for my upcoming service. Moxie Test employee Bubba was very professional when he came out to the house. He allowed me to ask questions and he was able to give in-depth detail in regard to the product that he was using and the effectiveness of the product he also informed me that if I continue seeing pets that they can come back out and re-service the home since Moxie passed in coming to the house I have not seen any rodent, which is positive for me because I am a single grandmother and I do not enjoy removing mice from my house
