Recommend this Company to everyone. The tech did a great job of explaining and then doing the job that he said he was there to do. We look forward to a long working relationship with Moxie Pest Control.

The field expert Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He addressed all of our concerns and got it done quickly. We really appreciate Moxie and the field technician Brandon.

They are very friendly, and the first time they come out they set up an appointment quickly and do a thorough job. They guarantee their service so if you see bugs in between quarterly treatments they will come out for free, but you have to wait two weeks before calling to give it time to work. The problem is that you wait two weeks to call, then they schedule you out from there a week or more, and they don't like to give you a timeframe (they say it can be any time of the day but they'll call an hour before). I have work, appointments and other commitments so I can't wait around all day waiting for a call. We have ants in the kitchen that keep coming back, and it's really frustrating to have to have them come out again, then it doesn't work and we have to wait for them to come again. The last time I had to call several times and they decided that they weren't working that afternoon so they cancelled on us. This time they did manage to narrow the time down to "afternoon." so hopefully they will show up. Also, their termite inspection guy tries to scare you into thinking that your house is going to collapse within a week if you don't take their service the same day. And the typical sales pressure of "special price today only." The fact that my husband got them way down on the price tells you something. We knew we had termites in the yard so we got the service. That time they had the guy there within a few minutes (probably so we couldn't back out). Too bad the pest retreatment isn't so fast. We won't be renewing our service when our contract is up.

Moxie has been head and shoulders over our previous mosquito control service company. Their product works well but their biggest asset is their customer service, especially from their service techs! It is superb! Highly recommend!

Samuel came to my house today to do my bimonthly treatment. He let me know when he arrived and asked if there were any specific issues. I told him we’ve been having a bit of a yellow jacket issue to he took extra care to check under tables, patio chairs, the grill, etc to make sure none were hiding out. He was quick and efficient, very respectful of the property, and then updated me when he was done. I am so glad those I chose Moxie for my services and would recommend them to anyone.

Cameron and Angie were awesome! They explained everything and did a very thorough job when inspecting and treating my property. Cameron also made sure to explain the follow up steps and what to expect with the treatment and next services. Excellent service. This company provides great pest service and has very friendly pest personnel. I feel respected and cared for by the technicians that have come to take care of our home. The billing service works on my schedule and they are very understanding and prompt with keeping up with our service.
