The service tech was a very nice young man. He was not only well informed but worked fast and took care of our home. He was also a great help to my wife, who had recently had surgery. He was kind enough to help her lift an object heavier than she's allowed to carry so that it could be disposed of in the trash can outside. He is a very kind person.
