Keeping Orange County homes pest free

In this review I would like to highlight Vanessa , first phone contact, who internally with her team made arrangements to accommodate my need the very next day. I was super grateful for her interpersonal and managing skills. Excellent customer service! I also want to highlight Sigma, the technician who serviced my home today. He was timely, professional and informative based on all the questions I asked. I now have a much better understanding of the process. It made me feel at ease. Thank you.

Ivan was friendly and helpful. His equipment was faulty tho. And, Moxie office was supposed to call me to let me know that he was coming. They did not (both times!) I would appreciate a heads up next time the technician comes! What if I was not home???

Was having a fruit fly problem and called Moxie and spoke to Valerie who told me that not much can be done by pest control for fruit flies but she gave me a list of items that I could do on my own to get it fixed. Now she didn’t have to do that or they could have taken us for granted to just get money out of us, but she didn’t. Instead she treated me like a friend telling what would help. I recommend this company, they more than likely will be a great company and won’t rip you off!

I started using Moxie two years ago. I was quite satisfied with the service, and after a year and a half, I thought there would be no more bugs, so I canceled the service. However, after a year, I started getting stressed again because of the many bugs. And today, I restarted Moxie. The service is still professional, thorough, and friendly. I am happy to think that I will be free from this stress.

I have been on Moxie’s regular maintenance plan for many years and have no spiders or ants! All of their employees (from office to techs) are SUPER friendly and do a fabulous job! Highly recommended!
