Outstanding customer service, since I started using Moxie a year ago. The interior and exterior of my home have been cleared of spiders, ants, etc. The continued maintenance service ensured the infestation of insects I once had around my property does not come back.

Abraham Garcia visited out home today to do regular pest control. I was so impressed with him, his courtesy for me (I just had surgery), the excellent work he did on our property, and his professionalism. Five stars to Moxie and Abraham!!!

I prepaid for service for the year and I sold my house with one service left for the quarter. Instead of refunding the last service that was paid for, the options I was given was to credit it towards the early cancellation fee of $170, still do the last service on the house even though I don't own it, or do the last service on my new property. I don't have a new property yet and you just lost my business for it. All you have to say is you don't issue any kind of refunds at all, and it should be explained up front. *Update- the manager called me and resolved this issue right away. Thank you for the customer service!

Oswaldo performed a great job. Very respectful with our landscaping and furniture. Moxie has been treating my home for several years. They are very quick with responses and I haven’t seen an ant in the yard since they have started. As for the spiders, they are extremely attentive to our needs with the extra treatments we require during spring and summer. Wonderful customer service from all! Thank you Moxie, you are a great business!

Thank you SO MUCH, Alexis, for coming to our home twice in one day to help us figure out whether we had a pest. Though we will never understand how those seeds were spread so much through the house, we are relieved to know that they were just that… Not a pest. Eric is great. He visited, performed the exterior perimeter house treatment, and was very thorough. Personable, too. I'll request him for the next scheduled quarterly treatment.
