Pedro Lopez was our tech. He literally risked his life by knocking over (and spraying dead) three of the largest wasp nests that were hiding very high up in our rooftop overhangs. His approach was methodical and he was just fearless! After those dramatic moments he just went on with fully treating the entire house like he wasn’t a conquering hero! We kept thanking him and he nonchalantly said it was his job. Well Sir, job well done Pedro!…our family of six plus dog are experiencing time on our porches without bees in our faces.

Today I was serviced by Billy! Unlike other times in the past, he actually came and introduced himself. Let us know what he was going to be taken care of and offered to service the inside of our home (which is where we mainly have issues) and backyard. Very similar to our first technician to ever come out, Shea, who also did an amazing job! If I can continue to get serviced by technicians like them two, that would be great, thank you!

Cedric showed up to our home today on time, courteous, and professional. It was joy to speak with him and his smile let me know that he took pride in his work. Shout out as well to Vic for an easy process in getting the service set up. So far so great!

Michael Hall was the technician that came out to service my house. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He did a fantastic job inside my house and outside. He was very personable and I really enjoyed chatting with him while he worked! I’m sure I slowed him down but I always have questions and he was able to explain them all. I am new to Moxie and have already told several people about it in fact, my daughter has already signed up to use their company. Johnny Issac was my technician. I had some issues with webs and showed him my problem areas. He was awesome to interact with. I’ve had multiple issues with pest control throughout the years but Moxie has been grade A so far. David has also been awesome to deal with. If you get Johnny as your tech you’re in great hands.
