Kyle was very polite and conscientious. He answered all of my questions and walked the perimeter of the house with me to see where the problem areas are. He did what he could to help me and suggested other things that I could do to go along with what he did. He was a pleasure to work with and I would be happy to recommend him and Moxie.

I scheduled a visit to serve my property because of a serious issue with wasps. Kyler was the technician in charge. He showed up on time and explained the process thoroughly to me. He treated the “mean wasps“ effectively. The results of the treatment were as he forecasted it: “they were gone in two weeks”. Job well done!!

Bubba was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He did a thorough job spraying the exterior of our house, and also left some traps just in case any rodents are in the area. I definitely recommend Moxie pest control , thanks .

George was outstanding. He was so respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to allow me to show him every area of concern I had and was patient and attentive to all the areas I showed him. He was extremely competent and proficient. He had another technician with him Alvin, and he was also incredibly helpful, respectful and competent. They were both consummate professionals and worked efficiently to get all the areas of concern, documented and treated. Both George and Alvin took the time to complete an extensive assessment and treatment of my property. They worked very thoroughly and professionally. Very happy with the results of our Moxie organic pest treatment! Bubba treated the yard and foundation recently and was very respectful of our ask to keep the spider webs and knowledgeable about what to look out for as a result. We appreciate his professionalism and commitment to protecting the house!

Mario is amazing! He shows up smiling, very professional and courteous. I was happy to see him a second time. I wanted to leave a gracious review for him on my first visit but was unable to access this site. He deserves the bonus for both today’s and last visit please. I do love the organic treatment for insects it smells so good. Thank you, all the schedulers are wonderful too. I was happy to know how contentious the previous tech was. He arrived on a rainy day and suggested rescheduling due to the organic treatment, I was extremely impressed that there is concern that the product works when applied. I am not easily impressed keep up the customer care it’s greatly appreciated!

I have been generally pleased with the Moxie service I have had for the last year plus. They always let me know when they are coming, what they are spraying for and are good about coming out again if I have a problem. But today the tech I had, Bubba, was especially good about finding evidence of possible mice activity and addressing it Inside my home. He seemed knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was genuinely pleased.

Damon sent me a text the day before as a reminder he would be coming to service our home. He also sent another text the day of with a tracking link so I would know exactly when he would arrive.<br /> <br /> He rang the bell and arrived with a big smile on his face and was professional and polite. He performed his job efficiently and thoroughly. I welcome him back as our technician and highly recommended him. Moxie is lucky to have him.
