We took advantage of the Attic inspection as clients of Moxie. The inspection process was excellent, Abraham was great providing pictures and recommending actions (We had 4 generations of insulation up there with remnants of past critter infestations that needed to be cleared out). We split the process of removal and install to fix a sagging ceiling issue. Moxie was super flexible to schedule as needed. Stephen & Rob were fantastic in finishing the job. Making sure job was done right and cleaning up afterward.

I have been using Moxie for years and usually their quarterly treatments take care of everything. However, sometimes you have a problem. I just called them a couple days ago because we had ants in our kitchen and around our patios. Rich and Shannon came today and took care of business using several applications around the house and in the kitchen to take care of the problem. I am very satisfied with their work.

Eric Z. did an excellent job as our technician. He was professional, helpful, and very accommodating, especially considering we have a newborn. His care and attention were greatly appreciated!

Josh and Tyler showed up for my quarter appointment today. Both men were courteous and professional. Treated the interior and exterior of my home within a timely manner. Also noticed and brought to my attention that my dry vent was full/clogged (which is a hazard). I am fully satisfied with the service I received today.
