We just had our first service today. My opinion may evolve over time, but so far I’m very pleased. The technician, Mark, was very friendly, communicated well on several levels, did exactly what was asked, and was very thorough with his work. I’m pretty picky about who I allow to spray around my home for bugs, and based on this experience I would definitely be comfortable working with him again in the future

Willian did an outstanding job servicing the outside of my house today. He was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in the work he does. He took the time to explain what he was doing, made sure everything around the exterior was treated properly, and answered all of my questions without rushing. It’s not often you come across someone with this level of customer service and attention to detail. If you get Willian as your technician, you’re definitely in good hands. Highly recommend!

Polite and professional as all of the technicians from Moxie are. Richard took additional time to inspect an area inside my home and noticed that additional adjustment was needed.
