Nicholas was very professional and introduced himself at the front door before he started the treatment. He clearly explained what he was putting down in the yard and spraying around all the doors and windows. We also have a small building in the backyard which we use as a guest house and that we are only charged an extra five dollars for trading around the perimeter of that.
