Patrick explained everything about Moxie clearly and professionally from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood exactly what the service included without making us feel pressured. Anthony treated the exterior with attention to detail. He also treated our interior garage, under our deck and a small tool and equipment storage area. Highly recommend his services!

Jose was attentive and cooperative. He addressed our concerns and is the first to really hit the problem areas. We are happy to have Jose, hope he remains the assigned technician. And he was not afraid of the dog.

There was confusion with customer service. I was wanting the inside done as well as outside and they were going to give a call before they came. Well, that did not happen and I had left to run an errand came back and he had already came and gone. I was only gone 45 minutes, but I did not receive a call like I was told I was going to receive.. I was very upset. Keambi the tech turned around, came back and was very nice. Did the inside of my house and was very professional and beyond nice. Alyssa was the customer rep that helped to get this problem, resolved very grateful to her as well. Good customer service services is very important and I’ve been with Moxie for many years and was very upset because this is the second time this has happened to me. Thank you, Alyssa and Keambi. I was very skeptical when they came to my door to sell their product but I was going to call someone for some of the bugs around our home and yard so I just decided to use Moxie as our neighbors did too. When Andrew came an hour later and cleaned the house of webs and bugs and sprayed I was very satisfied with his friendliness and work. He asked lots of questions and was very thorough. He explained things and turned my skepticism around. Hoping that the products work well!

This was my first visit from Moxie. Sawyer arrived on time, was aware of specific areas & concerns in my yard, answered all my questions and did a thorough job. He asked if there were any other issues and when I thought of one, he returned from truck with additional equipment to take care of it. Happy with service.

Ashley was great. She arrived in the late afternoon even in the 100+ feel like tell. She was very professional, listened to my concerns, and took care of them all. Worked quickly and was very thorough. Before she left she explained everything she had done and made sure I understood what I needed to do.
