Although I had to call for a return service, the second one was far superior to the initial one. The technician was pleasant and very professional in responding to my concerns regarding his not notifying me that he had arrived. My concerns centered around issues within my home that required solutions. The technician handled the matter expeditiously.

Technician, Isaiah Allen, arrived on-time. Entered home with proper foot covers. Listened to my concerns and did a thorough household check. Discovered entry point of pest. Set traps & offered information needed to resolve problem. Also, did thorough exterior check, and reported his findings. Very pleased with his ability to identify the source of my on-going problem.
