I was pleased with Elijah's work ethic while spraying our grounds and the inside of the house. I admire young man like him being responsible and professional! We discussed the work plan and areas and he did it as agreed.<br /> At the end, before closing out the service at our house, he decided to spray a few areas inside to keep the ants out! We are pleased with his service performance and the representation of the company he works for named Moxie.<br /> The truth is that it's not easy to receive these kinds of services from young people anymore.<br /> The sales representative Atley who was the initial contact, was also a very young man and thanks to his natural gift in sales when he knocked on our door offering the bug's treatment to the neighbors, that we made a decision to hire the service of this company Moxie. Thanks for making a difference!

I had a fantastic experience with Jerome A. who came out to my home for an ant treatment. He did a phenomenal job from start to finish! Jerome was incredibly kind, communicative, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. Jerome described the work he was doing for his visit. He asked for an update regarding a separate trip he made back in August to treat ants inside the home. “Know your customer” is an important component of delivering high-value service. He then suggested for me to keep an eye out for any issues inside the home as warmer weather is coming to the area. Good stuff.

We are very happy with the services we have received thus far! DJ just came out for our quarterly service and he was great. Extremely knowledgeable about the products and how they work. We have a contract with Moxie for any pest problems. Every representative has been friendly and helpful. John was here for a preventative inspection of our attic. They handle areas of concern promptly and effectively and they are proactive.
