Josh was so attentive for the service. He checked with me to see if I was having any additional bug related issues to see if he needed to adjust my service. After finding out he didn’t, he let me know that he was going to continue with the normal service.<br />

Edit: Another great experience- had Terrell T service the house recently and I told him about my bee issue in the ground. He immediately said he would take care of it so I wouldn’t have to wait until my scheduled service date. He even mentioned a follow up visit to put my mind at ease. Very happy with the service!<br />

The tech that came out was very polite and he knew what needed to be done. Liked the service that he done. He knew where the trap was out back and said that it has been checked in awhile. So he was going to make a note of it and let his company know about it. Liked what service I got done with this tech. His name is Jerome Armstrong. Would like to have him for the next service. I had hundreds of wasps/hornets in my basement and had no idea what to do. I called and was set up for a Reservice within three days.<br />
Jerome, my technician, came and found a huge nest in my basement hidden by the circuit breaker box. He sprayed, removed the nest(which turned out to be a double nest), and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Moxie and Jerome, especially for his courage in taking down the double nest.
