Gabe did a fine job. Her was polite, professional and personable. Overall I was pleased with Moxie. My only concern is the billing. I prefer to pay only when service is provided or better yet be billed, but not have my account attached to a card number.

Alan met me as I was going for a run and instead of being aggravated at this interruption of my time, I ended up being so glad he came because we are new to this area and the deal he offered was too good to turn down! We definitely needed tick prevention with a dog and small kids! He was super nice and pleasant and not pushy at all. Very professional and good people skills- thank you!

Sales man was super nice and respectful as was the technician. Only complaint i have from the first visit would be the spray used in the interior didn’t dry clear it looked like dirty water dried on the surface. Luckily interior is not needed as much

Adam texted me before his arrival so we knew when he would be coming. He made sure all area that we wanted to cover were thoroughly taken care of and explained what was going on. He even called the office to make sure that the office provides a service we needed. So happy he took care of our house today!

Josh was very professional and informative Of the substance being used and how long for it to dry in order for our dog to be let back outside.He went over all the areas of our immediate concern and even mentioned something that was not on our radar and took care of the problem as well. Very happy with Josh and Moxie, and look forward to having continuing service with them

Zachary was the technician for my initial treatment. He was great! He explained everything and answered all the questions I had. He was very professional and courteous. It was raining out and he put on the booties to keep our house dry. I hope we see him again during our next treatments!

I had Tony De Jesus out for my property today. He was knowledgeable, respectful and conducted himself in a professional manner. He explained to me the product that was being provided, as well as inquiring if I had any questions about the process. He gave me information should any future problems come up, as well as informing me to contact Moxie should any issues occur between treatments. He informed me of the traps, their locations and issues that he found while doing my property as well. Overall, I appreciated the excellent service provided by Tony.
