Jerome described the work he was doing for his visit. He asked for an update regarding a separate trip he made back in August to treat ants inside the home. “Know your customer” is an important component of delivering high-value service. He then suggested for me to keep an eye out for any issues inside the home as warmer weather is coming to the area. Good stuff.

We are very happy with the services we have received thus far! DJ just came out for our quarterly service and he was great. Extremely knowledgeable about the products and how they work. He was very considerate of our space and specific requests that I had. I don’t think anyone enjoys calling pest control. But if you have to call Moxie

They’re easy to get in contact with. They solved my ant problems within the first visit. The second visit was well controlled and I have not seen them since. Noah the tech is always helpful and easy to talk to. He does a wonderful job.
