Michael was very professional and informative. We had been dealing with wasps coming in the house and not being able to figure out how. He found 7 nests that were out of our reach and took care of them as well as spraying inside the house as well. He also wore booties inside which I always love when companies supply those for their technicians.

Moxie just come out and completed a spray service on my home. I wasn't sure which company to go with when I first started looking so I went with the company that had the most good reviews, which is Moxie.<br />

This is my first home and it's a new build so I suspected, now that winter is well on its way, that we'd be dealing with bugs sooner rather than later and my goal was to get a hand on it as quickly as possible.<br />

Customer service was wonderful when I made the appointment and signed the contract.<br />

Jesse B, our sprayer, was professional, explained what he would be doing my front and back-yard, what steps I need to take next after he finished his spray, and sprayed my whole house (as well as took care of a couple wasps nests that I didn't know about). He was very kind and professional.<br />

Overall, I'm happy with the service but I'll update if anything changes. This is just the first spray and, as anybody whose ever had to spray for bugs before knows, it takes at least 2-3 weeks before you see the results.

I had my house treated this morning and Kyle V. did my service and he was a very friendly, helpful young man who did a great job taking care of everything. He was very thorough and made sure I was pleased with his work. I am very pleased with Moxie and how they care for their customers and doing a good job for you. Kyle by is one of their best!

Roderick was very professional. He notified us when he arrived to do our service as well as when he left. This is quite important to me as I have little dogs and I am always fearful that service providers will leave the gate open. Thank you Roderick for being cautious and conscientious about our dogs. Roderick did an awesome job servicing my house. He paid attention to details and was very thorough. Moxy in the other hand, just gave me a day of service and when contacted, they reply with a 6pm estimated time of service. That is not acceptable.

I have received overall excellent service from Moxie. Dan was very thorough and knowledgable in doing the inspection and worked with us to get the financial side of things squared away.
