Keeping Oklahoma City homes pest free

I spoke with Corey and even though I didn’t end up moving forward to schedule a treatment, he was very thorough and understanding and not pushy or sales-y at all, which I greatly appreciate. I like that he made sure I understood how everything would work so that I could make the best decision for myself. Just based on an estimate call alone, I can say that Moxie is an honest company with trustworthiness and integrity to anchor the customer experience.

Kyle was thorough and patient. He went through every corner and double checked. Some places are hard to reach. Kyle really did his best. I appreciate Kyle’s service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

I was getting ready to cancel my service with Moxie but Nathan was very friendly and spent the time with me today to understand my concerns. This is a customer service business and folks expect that and Nathan has a heart of service and went the extra mile to make sure my concerns were addressed. If others at Moxie would take a lesson from Nathan aa to how to handle customers Moxie would do much better than taking the volume volume volume approach to pest control instead of addressing the customers needs! By far John was the best I ever seen do it before. He treated my home like I think he would his. Everything I was told would happen did happen and that's rare for a pest control company. This is just my second service WITH Moxie, I'm sure if I get John again I will continue to be happy. I've gone though five pest control companies in 9 years, they all say they'll do things during the sale and they never do it when its time to service but they charge you the bill every 2 months. Ask for John if you can! Satisfied customer

Initial visit went alright, a lot less bugs for sure just never knew the guy was even here and didn’t ask if I had any specific issues. The next visit went much better. Dylan let me know he was here, asked if we were having any issues and addressed them. Overall a 5 star company for sure 👍 highly recommend

Charles G came out today. He did a fantastic job considering how many webs we had and how high they were. Mgmt needs to invent a sturdier pole for him to use. He had to work twice as hard. He was so nice and considerate. He is welcome any time. We are having our house painted in July and they have to have spider eggs removed first. Charles tried his best. Hope to see him next time.

This lady took her time and done her job with the spirit of excellence. This is the kind of service that people deserve. Whitney deserves more than 5.00 this woman deserves a serious raise and you need to give to her no questions asked she has earned that. Roderick was very professional. He let me know that he was going to begin the pest control treatment. He asked if we had any concerns that needed special attention. He complete the treatment in a timely manner. Great experience!

Very prompt. Very good service very courteous service. The representative was extremely thorough in his spraying of our home outside around the house and inside. It’s a five star performance. It’s worth $20 not just five dollars.
