Moxie Pedt Control Technician Onyx was professional, comprehensive, and efficient. He was also extremely personable and seemed to actually enjoy servicing what is frequently described as a botanical garden with a residence.

I have had my share of pest control experiences. I had not heard of this company until I got the knock on my door. This is my first experience with Moxie and I am pleased with the customer service. Jasmine was the sales representative and she is just a sweetheart. The next day Daphne and Shaqur came out to do the inspection and treatment. They too were kind and thorough in the services they provided. Hopefully we have a good season with less ticks and Carpenter Bees trying to attack my screen porch.

This company has been the absolute best! We’re new home owners and their techs Peyton and Kevin have been helpful. They are patient with all our questions and explain what they’re using where and why. Respectful and thorough! So glad this part of the new home is checked off our list of things to handle since we have Moxie set up for the long run!

Initial service review, here, so not rating a 5 star since I'm not sure how effective/efficient the products are yet. Donnie & David came by today to perform an initial inspection and perform some routine post control. They introduced themselves, explained why they were here, and advised what they would be doing outside my home. Very well spoken and polite. I have cameras set up with various angles all around my home, and they did exactly what they said they would do. They were both respectful of my property, my dog in the backyard, and my children who were home at the time. After they were finished, they knocked on my door to advise me of such, and left me with a summary card which summarized the services they performed today. My last pest control company would arrive and left me know they were here, but would just leave the property when they were done, without any notice. I like the idea of this summary card. Anyway, David & Donnie did an outstanding job, especially with this being their first visit. Thank you, fellas!

I had a great experience working with moxie and specialist Jalil for pest control. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection and treatment. Jalil took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which gave me peace of mind. He was also punctual, respectful of my home, and followed up to make sure everything was resolved. Excellent service at a fair price. The professionalism and knowledge of my Field Expert, Jalil, was evident as he took the time explaining the how and why of the treatments he applied. Strong recommendation for anyone looking for a pest control company.

First service from Moxie Pest Service and our technician Jalil was awesome!! Super friendly and explained all services he was performing and was very professional. After dropping our last company because they were in and out and would have to call them back several times Jalil spent over 30 minutes applying all the chemicals. I am happy so far just have to wait and see if their products work.

Daphne and Angel were awesome! Very professional in every way. And the very reasonable price. I was pleased with the quality and kudos to CJ, he was my first experience with the company, he was going door to door on his little motorized unicycle and it was 99 degrees outside. He made me comfortable with the whole process. I usually don’t answer my door, but CJ was not going anywhere. I’m glad he insisted on knocking again! I appreciate that kind of moxie! lol pun intended!

Daphne arrived during the scheduled time of appointment, explained the general pest control procedures and the services performed. I am very satisfied with services performed and looking forward to a pest free yard and home!
