Hilser was on time very professional and confident he even gave me heads up that I needed to address issues with my HVAC unit which was great to know seeing that the unit was just installed in June. He took care of the issues I was having with the spiders which was driving me crazy. He was totally great at doing his job. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician to come out and take care of my issues so I give him many kudos for a job well done.

Received scheduled service today from Patrick. He was very respectful, polite, and efficient. He asked more than once if I had any concerns or what needed to be addressed. He explained what he would be doing and followed up with what he did. Great service!

He was awesome he seemed very knowledgeable about all of my issues and handled them very well. Hilser came to my house later in the evening, as my visit was a late, non scheduled add in to his already long day. He was professional, courteous, but also engaging and down to earth. Hilser knew his stuff, was very careful around the animals and mindful of where they might have access to, he donned shoe covers before entering home and was very respectful of our home. Give this man a raise please, he is representing this company in the beat way and giving you all a good name.

Today, Moxie technician, Ethan, performed our quarterly general pest control service. He notified me about his arrival time before his visit and was ready to complete service, per our contract, which he did. During the past quarter, I have not had any pest issues, which is the benefit of having a sustained service contract. Ethan was punctual, clean and well dressed, courteous and helpful, AND professional. Moxie is a good, reliable company.

Hilser was great today. He was very attentive and thorough. I really appreciated how he went and double checked about spraying inside with infants under the age of 1 and how patient he was as we scrambled to get our girls out the door!! I’m excited to finally have pest control and can’t wait to see the results!!

Always great service from Moxie! Our most recent technician, Ethan, provided an excellent experience. He arrived quickly after we received notification that he was on the way and was very friendly and quick with the service. Definitely don’t regret choosing Moxie for our pest control, but the bugs are seething 🫡
