Dustin was awesome from the start. He was the one who came out to my house to explain everything and walk me through exactly what I’d be getting. He was super friendly, professional, and really took the time to answer all my questions without rushing anything. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help. If you get Dustin, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend!

We signed up for Moxie pest control and had our first service recently. Seth was our technician, and he did a great job of explaining the process, components of the product he was applying, and what to expect. He was very friendly and approachable, and he worked around the visitors we had at the time. The salesperson was also very patient and knowledgeable when we originally signed up. Zach Felty was fantastic. Was totally thorough in treatment. Even moved the animal food bowl out of the way to treat behind. Pointed out a few areas I had not noticed that we could button up to help with any bugs getting in. He was incredibly detailed friendly and quick. Five star experience!!

So far so good! Shea demonstrated knowledge and was certainly very professional. He explained in detail the service he was providing and showed me the chemicals he was about to use. He understood the scope of service in my contract (unlike my previous experience with other companies). I certainly recommend Moxie as of now.
