Valentina was extremely helpful in getting an appointment scheduled. She was friendly, efficient and concerned about resolving my issue. Moxie is great!

While on hold, I got disconnected and figured I'd have to call back later. But within minutes, Valentina called me back. She was incredibly helpful and super professional throughout, and I can't think of any other time when I've gotten disconnected that customer service has actually called me back. Moxie's customer service is just the best.

Dakota was very professional and easy going. He was very pleasant to talk to and competed his job in a timely manner. So far so good with the pests, we have not seen any in the house and only a couple outside since the last treatment.

Moxie is the best. Andre came out for the first time to check my Sentricon system and did a very thorough job. He was super friendly and let my dog tag along. Very happy with the service.

Elias did a fantastic job! He alerted us when he was en route, so we could have our little one and pets safely ready. He walked through with me and let me know what he was going to do. He was efficient and quick, but thorough and friendly throughout. All around, great job.

Scott Stephenson was absolutely amazing. He came out and reserviced my home, he took the time to explain needs and proactive measures as well are showing me areas that could be entryways. He was great and really did a wonderful job. He made me feel so much better and informed!! Thanks Scott!!!
