Keeping Milwaukee homes pest free

Follow up to my previous review. Haidyn, the local manager came out today and personally listened to my side, then told me what should have happened, and did our service personally. He was great, he lives what customer service should be. We were very satisfied with his service, and his promise to us how we would be taken care of going forward. So as of today, I'm changing my review from one star to a five star, purely for how Haidyn represented his company, and how he carried himself. Your sales guy told us all these things you could do, including flea and tick protection. we asked how far could you go, he replied thirty feet from the house for a certain dollar amount, I said, how much to go all the way to the property line including our woods (we are on a 2 acre lot). he said, you could do it and gave me the price. I was happy as could be to pay the price, and at the same time skeptical. your tech showed up and made one pass next to the property line then cleaned the cob webs off the house and sprayed the outside and was out of here in 23 minutes total. Before he left, I asked him if he was done, he said yes, I said I was watching and he didn't do the lawn from the house to the woods, he stated he did it. there is no way he could have done an acre of land, cleaned the cob webs, sprayed the entire house, Including carrying a tree stump to stand on to reach the cob webs. My wife tried to call and your voice message said you're representatives were available because they are training, and said please call back and hung up. At this point we felt like we were being scammed, so we cut off our credit card. your office called today, left a voice mail asking for us to call, when I did I got the same message that said you were in training and call back, and hung up. I hope we can clear this up so we either fix this or go our seperate ways.

Darron did a fabulous job when he came to our home for a pest control treatment. He was communicative, professional, courteous and very thorough during the visit. He listened to our questions/concerns and provided clear, concise answers. Thank you!

Brandon did a great job for our general pest control service! He was very friendly and did a very thorough job around the house. He checked in after to make sure we were satisfied and after asking him to do one more thing he was more than happy to!

Gabby & King stopped by last Thursday for my regular general service. Gabby de-webbed and dusted my garage interior as well as the deck and other outdoor locations. King did the yard & foundation treatments. Both were very kind and easy going. Moxie does a nice job of general pest control, our deck is a more comfortable space because of that. I recommend their service.

We had James come out to our house for a quarterly treatment and I was very pleased with his politeness and consideration of the application being applied regarding our grandchildren and pets. One part of the treatment was our basement where our grandchildren spend most of there time and James paid close attention to the area making sure that the treatment being applied did not affect there play area. Thanks James!

Brandon did an excellent job and was the most thorough technician that we have ever had. He ensured every area around the house was inspected and treated and I felt he did more than any other technician has during past treatments. Very friendly and great service.

We were very impressed with your sales representative Kade, he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and gave us outstanding customer service. We had our initial service today with Justin & Camille. They were very polite and professional. They asked if we had any problem areas or concerns we might have and referenced the notes that the sales person noted in our file. Very happy with the start of services.
