EDIT: I called in to my local branch to ask them about a call the I had received from their sales department that felt predatory and an all round a bad business practice. They immediately took my concerns seriously addressing the situation in a professional manner. I appreciate how they handled it and that itself earned my business.<br />

Outside of the administrative challenges: the guys who come out and do the service have always been pheromonal. I was frustrated that I had something that was working well for us and that the business itself wasn't working out, that does not seem to be the case and I am overall very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of the individuals that I have interacted with in recent days.
