John R was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. Listened carefully to the issues we were having and tailored treatment to address them. The company does stand by its warranty and came back out when I started seeing new wasp nests a few weeks after service. Sales was pretty pushy and didn’t explain the fine print in the contract that you pay for a year of service even if you try to cancel, which had me nervous about the service itself, but John helped put my mind at ease that this is a real service with real experts and not just a scam. Thanks John for turning my experience around!

John R. Is AMAZING! He completed a warranty service for me on 7/3/25 and was so kind, amiable, informed and helpful! He walked me through his treatment routine and even educated me on safest places to spray. I am terrified of spiders and his expertise gave me the confidence and calm I needed. He made me feel very comfortable and I am confident in his work. I’d love to have him complete my treatments any time!

I have had two services with moxie now and both were great. I loved that they are nice and respectful of my home but also it makes a huge difference when they take the time to answer all my questions. They do a wonderful job of explaining the services. I am pleased with the service.

We have had such a great experience with Moxie thus far. They are way more reliable than the last pest company. Every tech has been nice, friendly and efficient, but Jacob really went above and beyond today! He was fast, thorough and went to his truck to offer my kiddo a coloring book! He even locked up the back gate and brought me the keys (which I totally would've forgot to do). I really appreciate people like him who genuinely care about servicing their customers. We highly recommend using them!

Today our yard was treated by John R. The service providers we have encountered (we have met 2 so far: Marina, who did our first service, and John R) have been very polite and pleasant. We usually have lots of flies and wasps around our backyard in the summer. It's still too early to know whether the treatment will help. I did text Moxie's main office the day before the treatment to try to reschedule it, but they either didn't get the text, or didn't pass it on to John R. I had first tried to reschedule the service on line, but couldn't. Only June 2025 and July 2025 were shown on their calendar, and all appointment spots were taken for those months. Summary: their service providers have been great. We don't know yet whether the treatment will solve our bug problems. Communication with Moxie's office via their website or text message did not work.

We just started using Moxie this year after having a spider infestation last summer and we have already seen a huge improvement! We are so grateful to Austin for coming out and doing a warranty service due to us seeing some spider activity in the past couple of weeks. He was quick and efficient, he even went through and got all the spider webs that have popped up inside and outside of our house since our initial service. Moxie's service as a whole has been nothing but excellent from spiders, to mosquitoes, to termites they have covered us in every area and concern. Highly recommend and completely worth the price.

Spencer canvassed our neighborhood and was so friendly and kind to my daughter and I, and wonderfully warm and engaging to all of my neighbors and the neighborhood children. He is so knowledgeable of services and gave us a great deal! Marina was also amazing! She helped us identify the source of our spider problem and worked diligently in the heat to spray and knock down hives. Jon T. Was incredibly professional and thorough with his treatment of our yard. He communicated what was needed and any precautions for our pets and kid.
