He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I understood the treatment plan.<br />

Valeriy was very professional and kind. He honored the request to provide services without speaking with anyone first, it was an early AM arrival. When he was working near the front door and garages I chatted with him briefly to let him know about a lock on the gate and also let him know the dog door was locked and the dogs would not be able to get out while he worked. I appreciated his professionalism and adherence to requests.

Dylan did a great job. He came to my door and explained everything before starting the service. I also have a dog and explained to me that it was safe for her to go outside right away but would be better if I waited 20 minutes before letting her out so the service would do its best job. I appreciated that information.

The mixup was when I set up the service. I asked office/appointment setter to let me know what time they were going to be there to make Sure someone from my household would be there to let him in to do the inside along with the outside.
