Keeping Denver homes pest free

Dylan was recently at our house and did a great job! He was very friendly and wanted to be helpful - a rarity today. We are glad for their quality work and excellent customer service.

I use Moxie for a quarterly pest control service. They also offer free inspection of the attic. Their communication is great. Dylan, one of the field experts, showed up on time, looked professional, explained the process in detail. His professionalism and communication is top notch.

Dylan provided an excellent experience from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he was courteous and friendly throughout, making it easy to ask questions and feel comfortable. What really stood out was how he went the extra mile to ensure all of my concerns were fully addressed. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication—highly recommend working with Dylan!

I was not happy with the service. The Technician was leaving as I arrived home. He told me that he’d been unable to get into the backyard and do the service in the backyard due to the dogs. However, my sister and my daughter were both inside the home and no one ever tried to make contact with them inside. No one ever knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. They did not know that anyone was there and that they needed to put the dogs inside. He did go back in the backyard after I secured the dogs and he put granules on the backyard and he sprayed part of the house. I had to ask him to wipe down the eaves. He claimed to have performed the service on the front of the house. After he left, I found spiderwebs on the front of the house. About an hour after he left 3 of my kids came home and were afraid to come through the front door because there was a spider crawling on the wall next to the door. I don’t understand how there could be a spider on the wall that had been sprayed in the last hour with poison. I have used Moxie in the past and been happy with the Service. I was happy with the first application that I received this year. The Technician did not arrive until after 5 PM. I’m wondering if he did not give 100% in his work because it was so late. I’m glad that Moxie has a warranty and a callback service. I plan on using it tomorrow.<br /> <br /> Initially, I rated my last service with Moxie as a two star rating. I stated that I was going to call them back and ask them to use their warranty to have them come and do the service again. I didn’t have to call them, the very next day the local manager, Colin, called me about my service. He apologized for the service and immediately made a date to reservice my property. Colin came out and did the service himself making sure that everything was covered. I was impressed by the immediate response and the fact that I didn’t have to call them, they contacted me. Colin arrived and did a great job covering the eaves, the property and the house in general. He was very respectful, apologetic and professional. He made me feel like a valued customer and I really appreciated that. I have changed my rating to a five star rating. If a company cares that much about its customers, it deserves a five star rating and I appreciate the fact that they contacted me. I didn’t have to contact them. I would recommend Moxie to anyone looking for a pest control company. The product works and the company definitely cares about its customers.

John did a great job. Called and let me know he was on his way and let me know the estimated time he would arrive loved that he did that. He was friendly and sprayed inside the house and outside the house including the garage like I asked.<br /> Liked John’s friendly personality he is a keeper for your company.

Dylan came today to spray my home. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing with ease. He made sure to let me know everything he used wouldn’t hurt my puppies which made me feel so much better. He is great and would definitely have him back if needed.

Connor did our house today. He was very polite and asked if we had any trouble spots on the property. Very thorough!! Gave me a heads up he was coming! (Appreciate that!). Was in and out in 20 minutes. Love the service!!!! Thank you Connor!!!

James from Moxie Pest Control did a great job. He was on time, courteous, and very thorough with his work. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all areas were properly treated. Really appreciate the professionalism—highly recommend!

Kaine was very friendly & he listened to my concerns & what I wanted for my visit. He apologized for it being so late in the evening but reassured me that he could still do the treatment & that if I had any concerns, please let him know during his visit. We were very pleased with his work & if we could give 10 stars we would.
