Keeping Cincinnati homes pest free

Kevin was probably one of the friendliest staff members I have encountered so far! He listened to my concerns and assured me he would take care of them. Even being almost 8 o'clock at night and I am sure he was just looking forward to getting home, but he was extremely pleasant and professional.

Kevin was very friendly and informative. He let me know when he arrived, he explained what he would be doing and made sure to let is know to keep our pet indoors for at least an hour after treatment. He then let me know when he had completed the service, what he had done and what we should expect in the next few weeks. He also indicated that should the need arise to contact him for service Kevin was friendly, engaging and informative. 5 Stars for Kevin all day long!

I told Jacob we had seen a few ants come inside from garage to kitchen area. He listened and stated what he was going.to do. He gave special attention to that area and surrounding parts. I was very appreciative for his service. Hope to have him back for my future service calls. Thank you Jacob

Kevin is the best! We have had several reps come out that have been less than impressive - but Kevin was different - he let us know he was here, was very personable, made a point to meet our dog, explained what he was going to do, and followed up AFTER the service to let us know exactly what he did and what to expect over the next few weeks. He is the first rep we have had out here that followed up AFTER the treatment. This 5 Star is 100% for Kevin. Honestly, the last time someone was out here, we found spider-webs EVERYWHERE AFTER they left - we were completely confused since that is one of their services - and an easy one at that to get right. Was very happy that our service was with Kevin today.

Zach came by today and did an excellent job! He had great customer service and very professional. He was really friendly and easy to talk with.

We had Drew today performing the quarterly treatment and inspection. Drew had already checked out our mouse trap before knocking on the door and giving me an update of what he would being doing this visit. After completing the service, he followed up with me, he answered my questions, was professional, and was respectful of our property.

Drew is the best tech, he is personable, thorough, explains what he is doing and why. I don't have to worry about him skipping any part of my service. I will take Drew every Quarter please!!!!!

My previous review was about the outdoor pest control treatments. This one is about attic inspection and insulation replacement. Alex did the inspection and was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering our questions. We proceeded to have our insulation replaced, and Josh, Rachel, Mikel and the rest of the crew did a GREAT job - they were very friendly, corteous and professional, taking the time to answer all our questions and show us pictures as the work progressed. They were very conscientious about keeping shoes off, or wearing shoe covers, in the house. When there was a little hiccup at the beginning over how much hose was needed, they were creative and managed to find a way to keep the work moving. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. A great, hard-working group!

We had Kevin come today for a recurring ant problem. He was great and very thorough in treating our problem. Really took his time in doing the treatment. Most seem to be in a hurry to get the job done. Very polite, professional and friendly.
