For the 6-7 years I have been a customer of Moxie I have never had a field tech pay as much attention to detail as Joshua did yesterday! He was genuinely pleasant, highly professional and very qualified to do the work he was sent to do. I personally believe Moxie would be doing themselves a favor to use Joshua as a trainer for the other field techs. This is exactly how you want your employees to preform so as to give your company a favorable name. If you do not decide to use him as a trainer please send him back to do my quarterly application in a month or so. Much appreciation for impressive work Joshua!

My technician, Rachel, from Moxie Pest Control was fantastic! She came out on a Saturday, which was so convenient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She gave me glue boards to help with spiders and explained things clearly. She was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude—highly recommend!

Alex did a great job. He looked over everything in our house and outside and pointed out places where we had termites. He then explained what services they would offer and do and gave us a price quote.

My parents have used Moxie in the past and have always been happy with the service. My Father passed away a year ago in August and it has been an adjustment doing things and taking care of things that he would normally do. Brian came out today to follow up with me for some service I had done on 8/14 for termites. A total of 9 disc were placed in my yard and I had concerns I didn’t have adequate coverage. He came out explained how they worked as and listened to my concerns. He even placed two more discs in the yard to reassure me the yard was covered appropriately. He even prepared me for the upcoming me so that we could check the progress. Good job Brian! I appreciate your professionalism.

Robert was the best from the get go! He greeted me with a warm smile and a hello. Then he introduced himself and mentioned about a wasp nest that I never noticed. He said “I will take care of that and anything else.”. Immediately showing his expertise in his trade is making me want to keep the Moxie service.
