Keeping Charlotte homes pest free

We just had a technician, Issac, treat our home. He was very courteous and friendly and completed our treatment in a timely manner. He also explained everything we were entitled to under the service. So far, we are happy customers!

I was surprised to see Christian due to the rainy weather. He was kind enough and professional to explain the type of chemicals he was going to use that was weather appropriate. He also offered me the option to reschedule if I wanted. That I appreciated so much. Christian proceeded to service the exterior of my home and yard (front and back). Issac was great. He thoroughly explained the product, application process, and risks to kids and pets. He was respectful of the property and wore protective footwear inside the home. He wanted to ensure we enjoy a pest free environment and was very pleasant to work with.

We had our 1st service today; and our technician, Isaac, was right on time. After he completed the service, he explained everything he did today. Isaac was also very observant and sprayed extra thoroughly around an area that needed more attention without us asking him too. Very pleased with the service.

I was very comfortable allowing him into my home. I found this company because a representative stopped by my house the day prior, she was very friendly and professional and showed me all of the options they had to offer. She was not pushy and I felt very comfortable and at ease working with her.
