Carl did a fabulous job explaining and performing my initial service. Moxie pest control is less expensive than their larger-named competitors and both of the young men I interacted with were extremely professional and made it seem to me that Moxie was motivated to get my business through exemplary performance and customer service.<br />

They also perform more services (for less) than my previous company. The over-and-above include flea and tick treatment for 30 feet, and an insect wipe of the exterior mostly for annoying spider/webs and wasps. The underside of my porch looks great.<br />

Adrian showed up this time and did a much more thorough job than any of the previous technicians. He spent about 3X as much time and was busy the entire time. Moxie would do well to encourage other employees to model his performance and customer service. Bravo Adrian!

Very thorough fall service. Prompt arrival & met with service provider prior to treatment, who introduced himself, explained services he was performing & asked if I had any specific concerns. Matthew arrived on time and listened carefully as I explained the pest issue. Hi thoroughly inspected the house. He sprayed almost the entire house and were both very attentive and patient throughout the process. I really appreciated his professionalism and thorough work.

Kaila was awesome! She came to my house and provided initial service to get started. The only issue was a yellow jacket nest. She got up close and personal with them and gave them a good spray to the face. I think some splashed back on her. The little devils then came into the house! She came back as quick as she could and blasted about 50 on contact then dusted many. SO many dead yellow jackets. She did an awesome job. Of course it takes time to fully eliminate them all. If they aren’t fully done, then I will be requesting her on the next visit. Thanks Kaila!
