Keeping Boston homes pest free

Just had the pleasure of Adrian tending to my termite bait stations. He was super informed and shared his knowledge with me. And after he finished the bait stations, I mentioned a spot where I think bees were making a new home & he took care of that for me too. Very much appreciated his effort to look after my home!

I’ve only been using Moxie for a short while, however so far, so good. They’ve done a great job minimizing disruption for two people who work from home. It’s very easy to call and change things even day of for no penalty or fee.<br /> <br /> Great customer service, happy employees on-site. Great service!!! My Moxie Technician Stephane, did a great job to explain to me the service he was going to apply to my home. He was well versed and understood the application and types of servicing for the pest issue that I have. The professionalism, knowledge and timeliness of the service was A+.

Anthony was our technician today. He was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It seemed he went above and beyond. I don’t know all the things he discussed to treat with my husband, but he found things I wasn’t aware of and took care of them. Like a beehive on the back of the house. I know bees are important, but not when I’m allergic and there’s a nest right by the back door. From this experience, I would highly recommend him.

Conner and his colleague arrived on time and listened carefully as I explained the pest issue. They thoroughly inspected the house—Conner even got into a small area where mice usually appear, which showed great dedication. They sprayed almost the entire house and were both very attentive and patient throughout the process. I really appreciated their professionalism and thorough work.

Lydia knocked on my door to discuss the Moxie pest control treatment. I normally don’t buy anything from people walking up to my door, but Lydia was pleasant and she had a great presentation. I signed up for their service and was visited shortly after by the technicians, Celine and Kaila. They were also pleasant and were quite professional. They applied my treatment and then explained what they did and why they did it. Overall, a great experience.

Adrian has come to our home several times for termite remediation. He is knowledgeable and courteous and able to explain things to us in a way we understood. Is always respectful of the property and gets along great with our senior dog Theodore. Would highly recommend this technician and am grateful to have had him at our home. Thanks again Adrian! It was a thoroughly positive experience. Chandler arrived promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed areas in and around my house and property of concern. He provided stellar service. I have been a Moxie customer for awhile and I had a negative experience. Highly recommend.
