Moxie did my termite inspection, it started with Josh who was super thorough and identified an area of concern. He was knowlegable and answered any questions I had. Next came the treatment, and bait set. Adrian was my technician and I have to say he was awesome. He was meticulous, knowlegable, and efficient at getting all the bait stations installed and the treatment all set. He went above and beyond when noticing some ant mounds and put out some ant bait even though he was there for the termite install. Adrian was friendly, and I feel 100% confident in all the work he performed. Both Josh, and Adrian get 5 stars from me.

Moxie (Charlie) was great, he listened to my instructions to focus on certain areas in my yard and avoid others. With kids and pets and stuff that kind of receptiveness is very much appreciated. Chemicals tend to stress me out just in general and Moxie has genuinely been very, very good about serving the property in a way that makes me feel comfortable.

Adrian was extremely friendly, and intent on hearing the issues we've been having with ants and I don't even know what that has been digging holes from under my porch. He went right to work and I feel confident he took care of the problem. Before he left he assured that if I was having any other problems to call in and someone would come back and take care of it. So polite, such a likeable person and you don't find that too much today. I trust Moxie Pest Control and was very happy with the service Adrian provided. Thank you much, D. Mathias

I’ve been using Moxie for about a year now for quarterly pest control, and overall I’ve been really happy with the service. I live in an older house, so pests have always been something we’ve had to deal with (especially with access points in the basement and attic), but since starting service I’ve definitely seen a noticeable improvement.<br /> <br /> One thing I really appreciate is that they actually stand behind their warranty. I mentioned some mouse activity over the winter, and without hesitation they scheduled a follow-up visit — no extra charge, no hassle. They reached out to coordinate, showed up as promised, and handled it proactively. That kind of reliability matters.<br /> <br /> During the most recent visit, my technician Dante went above and beyond. After finishing the standard service, I mentioned a strange situation in my basement where something larger than a mouse may have gotten in at some point. Even though he had already done a full inspection, he took the time to go back through everything again and check the basement carefully to try to figure it out.<br /> <br /> We weren’t able to definitively identify what it was, but I really appreciated the effort and the time he took to talk it through and investigate further. He didn’t rush out — he made sure I felt comfortable with next steps and clearly told me to call right away if it happens again so they can come back and try to catch it in the moment.<br /> <br /> Across the board, everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. The service works, they follow through on what they say, and there are no surprise charges when they come back out.<br /> <br /> I’d definitely recommend Moxie to anyone looking for pest control.

Andrei was great. He came out today and treated my house even that It had snowed, and he actually walked through the snow and even shoveled so he could properly treat the the mice, which I really appreciated. He explained what he was doing, what he was using and what to expect after.

Cody sprayed around the perimeter of the house and did an awesome job checking for pests while he was here. He was easy to talk with and seemed to enjoy his work.

Kaila was pleasant and knowledgeable. She asked if we had any issues inside the house. She offered further services if I had any complaints or concerns.

Stephane was such a pleasure to work with . I explained to him my concerns and he went right to work . He took his time explaining what he was doing and why . Very nice person to work with
