Josh came out for a warranty service to treat spiders, ants, and ticks. He was courteous, professional and very thorough. I can’t say enough about this young man. He, on behalf of Moxie, did everything we expected and more. Great job and much appreciated.

We have had many of different services on our homes in Ohio, Venice Beach Florida, Melbourne Beach Florida, and Bella Vista Arkansas. Simply Moxie pest control has been the best, with out reservation. Quick, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, cost effective and very professional. Don't even attempt to use someone else. My service guy Dillon-James was awesome! Very friendly, very professional and very thorough. He listened to the concerns I had, and voluntarily offered a seven day follow up to make sure that everything got taken care of in this visit.

Collin did a great job helping with the wasp and rodent problem we have been having recently! He showed good knowledge about the best place to put our rodent bait box to help with our problem. He also showed great customer service in making sure I didn’t get stun as I was showing him where the wasps nest were under our porch! Overall great service and hope that if when we need service in the future we will get Collin!

At first I was not matched with an appropriate service for my needs, but when the technician, Josh, came out and explained the organic service, it sounded like what I was originally wanting. He took the time to put me in touch with the local office and get me switched to the perfect plan. He was knowledgeable and patient.

Pleased with professionalism and quality so far. Recieved an automated text Brandon was on his way. He arrived timely, presented a professional appearance, and explained what he would be doing during today's service. He worked efficiently and what appeared to be thoroughly. When he was finished he explained everything he did, and when the next service was. Additionally, he explained everything was under warranty, and that if we found pests prior to the next treatment to simply call the number on the card.

Great experience with Moxie so far. Everyone has been very professional and it has been easy to schedule follow-up services when needed. Michael Anthony was our field expert for this last visit as we wanted the interior of our home treated since we had not been home for prior visits. The visit was quick and easy, and he addressed all of our concerns we had that prompted the visit. The Moxie services themselves are a bit pricey, but being able to have free follow-up appointments for any concerns has been really nice and gives peace of mind. So far the service does seem to be worth it and I appreciate the transparency of which products were used after every service.
