So far my experience is good. The technician Michael Anthony cared about my concerns and addressed them. He also did a great job explaining everything. This is my first treatment so I can’t speak to the benefits of the service yet. But look forward to positive outcomes.

Nice first experience with Moxie. Great communication, on time, Carson was nice to chat with and explained everything. Ironically, when we were chatting a large winged queen ant flew right in front of us and landed on the house. So it was good to have him out at that time. Time will tell if these treatments work but so far so good.

He was careful and quiet indoors at my request,to avoid waking my sleeping family member and very thorough outside too! Good job Angel!

Jacob was very informative! He explained in detail how he was going to treat my house exterior & yard. I asked him to address 2 places i see flying insects & he was well prepared!!! To my surprise, he was concerned about my dog making sure the gate was closed and ensuring i knew how long to wait before letting my dog out. He is very professional, respectful & punctual. My experience with Moxie so far has all been really positive! They were very professional and respectful of my home while they informed me of their service. Carson was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure my house was sprayed for the creepy crawlies. The whole process was very smooth and quick!

Collin the technician was wonderful. It was our 1st visit so he made sure we understood the contract and everything he did. Also Talon your sales representative was very clear on your terms and conditions including the 80% if we canceled before the end of the contract. Both of these gentleman were professional and courteous.
