Keeping Atlanta homes pest free

I had my home service by Gabriel Agosto today and I want to give him a 5 star review. He and Daniel were both very thorough in their service and ensured my house was completely serviced. They took care of all spiders and bugs outside my house and pointed out a future problem I may have with some spiders and recommended a few techniques so I could handle it on my own. They also used specialized pesticides to ensure the bees wouldn't come back. I'm very pleased with their work and would highly recommend both technicians to other customers. The quarterly service by Moxie is a little expensive compared to other companies but I do have to say that their technicians are excellent and always do a good job. Edit: I want to update my review to include a shoutout to Tyrese J. He was dispatched for only an interior maintenance service in my home but after asking for help with a wasp nest; he serviced the whole exterior, removed all the cobwebs, serviced the backyard, and took care of the wasp nest in my daughter's playhouse. He definitely went above and beyond and should be recognized for your great service!!! Thank you Tyrese for the excellent service!!!!

David did a terrific job for me. He was punctual and friendly but professional. He explained what he would do and got right to work. This was on one of the hottest days of the year but that did not sliw him down. Great service, David! Thank you.

Rodney was FANTASTIC! He helped with all the mosquito traps and even sprayed for the bees that were stinging on my front porch! He is a wonderful employee and you should be proud to have him. Very pleased with my quarterly service today. Gabriel was awesome, professional and took the time to explain everything he would doing. He then came back when he was done and reiterated what he did and the problem he found (wasp nest) and took care of. He was very thorough in what he did and explaining it to me. I hope I get Gabriel every time.

We've been using Moxie for quite a while with our home and have had 0 complaints so far. They have been a wonderful addition. We recently had the pleasure of having our home serviced by David! I appreciated his prompt arrival time and his communication about him being on the way. He did a wonderful job and kept us informed. I would love to have our home serviced by him again and couldn't reccomend him enough. He removed the wasp nests for us and I am terrified of wasps and even killed the ant piles near my garden and all over. Super appreciative that he took the time to explain as well!

Had our monthly service today and Sam was our technician. He was really nice and explained what service we would be receiving and got to work quickly. He was very thorough and did the interior and exterior. Great customer service!

I just had such a great experience with our Pest Control Expert: David ! He allowed me to express all of my concerns, all while providing expertise to my pest and insect findings. He was very thorough and took care of everything right on the spot. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly with his service. I had a mixed experience with this pest control company. The initial technician did a good job treating the inside of my home but left without completing the outside treatment, which was frustrating. Especially after just signing up for the service the day before. I had to reach out to the sales lead to let him know the job wasn’t finished. Thankfully, the situation was quickly addressed. A few hours later, John, one of the lead technicians, came by personally. He was professional, apologetic, and went above and beyond to make things right. He treated the exterior, made sure to remove every spiderweb, and emphasize that way happened earlier wasn’t up to their standards. His dedication and attitude turned the experience around. While the service started off rocky, I appreciate how quickly the issue was resolved in the accountability shown. John’s follow up really made a difference.
