Tyrese has been to our home for our last 2 treatments because I requested that he come back when he left the 1st time. He did a great job and we had no outside pest after he unlike the previous 2 treatments. We have one more treatment left and I will request him for the last treatment. I've been with Moxie Pest Control for 4 or 5 years now and I have nothing but praise for all the work they have done for my family. We first started using them when we started seeing roaches inside of our kitchen and bathrooms. Through multiple visits where they sprayed and put down traps, eventually we got to a point where our house is now roach free and it has been that way for years now! Moxie has put down the termite centrifuges in our yard. They used to do mosquito treatment for us. And when I was going to cancel for financial reasons, they worked out a new plan that I could afford. Most recently, we've been dealing with rats in our attic. Moxie offers free attic inspections, and the representative that came out for the most recent inspection (his name was Brian) said there was heavy rat activity in the insulation with multiple burrows and plenty of rat droppings. Immediately, he gave us a plan of action where they would vacuum up all the old insulation, they would disinfect and sanitize the whole area, and then replace the insulation with a new one that would irritate their skin when the burrowed in it. A month later, they had to do that all over again in a different part of the house that was connected to the attic since the rats had moved there. They placed a lot of traps that remained untouched, and now our house is rat free. Anyways, during the rat removal, they placed an adhesive on the stairs to protect it from dirt, but it ended up lifting up some of stain on the stairs, but when my mom called Moxie, they worked with us and actually paid for our stairs to redone. And the man they sent out sanded and redid all 14 stairs. They also sent a care package, which I found to be super cute and friendly, so this was a long post to thank Moxie for all of their kindness and all of their hard work!
