Company was prompt in calling and scheduling an appointment. They explained all my options and as this is a last minute need, it was treated as a one time only but they left me a time frame to up date my options. Greatly appreciated it. The gentleman who came out was friendly and explained what he was doing. He wore a uniform and had a very nice company truck. They are not a fly by night company. Very professional.

Sebastian was very prompt and came at the appointed time. He was kind and very respectful of our home. He explained all the services that he would be doing today and what would be done in future visits. Jeff came today to do our quarterly pest control treatment. He was very professional, greeted us to inform he was available to do the treatments. I requested for a treatment near our bathroom when we happened to see a big waterbug the day before. Jeff did a thorough and wonderful treatment job for us. Thank you Jeff.

The technician, Jeff, was very customer service oriented. I appreciated how he checked for special needs and communicated about taking care to avoid hanging laundry. I also appreciated his consideration of me working from home.

The technician was wonderful, explained everything. I walked around with him during his inspection. Very pleased with him. I think $300 is too much to pay. $2000 for installation of the bait stations was too much also. My 3rd year. I’m retired, single and may have to discontinue this service

Jeff just treated our house for fire ants and spider webs. He was very thorough and a very friendly and polite person. He was very nice letting me talk about my dogs which I really appreciated. He is one of the reasons I am happy with Moxie.

I'm cat/house sitting for my mom and stepdad for a few weeks and was here for their quarterly Moxie treatment. I also use Moxie services at my townhouse, but am never home when they come around to service, so it was nice to meet one of their experts in person. Jeff was the consummate professional - explaining what was done and how the property looked, knowledgeable about the field, ready to answer any questions. We started using Moxie last month and we have had excellent service! We have had Joshua L and Enrique R do our monthly treatments and both were highly professional and very knowledgeable!
