Keeping Norfolk homes pest free

Initially, I was not happy with my very first service with Moxie. The technician that came out did not know anything about bugs/insects, how the products worked and sprayed my interior (painted) WALLS. She was saturating my walls, all the way around, upstairs and downstairs, higher than my wall outlets. Didn't spray baseboards. It caused run marks, in several places and damage I will have to fix. She didn't follow labels on the products used and did a HORRIBLE job. My salesperson Liam, helped to fix the problem. Liam was always transparent and did a wonderful job! Ian, in the office, would not help in anyway. David was sent out to redo, like the first visit never happened. He did a wonderful job. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He was thorough and his customer service was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and not bothered by my concerns. He helped to ease them, actually. Im a little apprehensive about the company because of the first visit but hopeful it will be different, from here on out. This also affected 3 homes because we are all neighbors and we all signed up for first time services. So everything that happened to me, happened to them, due to it being the same technician. Make sure you follow your technician and tell them exactly what you want or it may not get done. If David came to my house again, I wouldn't need to follow him because I am comfortable he knows what he is doing and is treating my property properly. Hoping from here out, there are no more problems but we shall see.

Daphne came over to my home and got all the spider webs and sprayed for spiders and other bugs she was very friendly very professional and had positive attitude and was very helpful with helping us answer questions and provide positive feedback back with a positive attitude and look she smiled the whole time while she was working and going around spraying very professional thank you for your time Daphne!!! and hope to See you see you soon! in the near future I love the work you had done have a beautiful and blessed day

I had Technician Daphne come by today to treat me house and lawn. She was punctual, friendly and very professional. She explained everything and was very efficient, making me comfortable with my new service with Moxie. I'm so impressed with Daphne and Moxie Pest Control!

David was very professional friendly listen to our needs and got the job done in a very efficient and quick manner. Very personable and was very cognizant of our chickens. Thank you very much for your service especially in 100° weather. Please reconsider sending your people out on hot days like this as it can easily cause a heat stroke.

Adam came by to perform our service today and did a great job. We had guests over at the time, and he was incredibly patient and respectful of the situation. At one point, we accidentally let our dog out into the backyard while Adam was working. It definitely caught him off guard, but he handled it calmly and professionally. We really appreciated his understanding and great attitude throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

Today, we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Daphne. She made a very good 1st impression by simply being friendly and on time. She did a excellent job explaing the treatment we were getting and future follow-up applications. She appears to be very knowledgeable of what she is doing and helpful answering questions. Great job Daphne.

Moxie Pedt Control Technician Onyx was professional, comprehensive, and efficient. He was also extremely personable and seemed to actually enjoy servicing what is frequently described as a botanical garden with a residence.

I have had my share of pest control experiences. I had not heard of this company until I got the knock on my door. This is my first experience with Moxie and I am pleased with the customer service. Jasmine was the sales representative and she is just a sweetheart. The next day Daphne and Shaqur came out to do the inspection and treatment. They too were kind and thorough in the services they provided. Hopefully we have a good season with less ticks and Carpenter Bees trying to attack my screen porch.

This company has been the absolute best! We’re new home owners and their techs Peyton and Kevin have been helpful. They are patient with all our questions and explain what they’re using where and why. Respectful and thorough! So glad this part of the new home is checked off our list of things to handle since we have Moxie set up for the long run!
