Keeping Milwaukee homes pest free

We just had our first installment and Carl did a great job! He was quick and efficient, made sure to ask if there was anything of concern, took care of all the cobwebs we had (which was a lot), and was very pleasant! I hope we get to work with him again in the future!

Decided to pull the trigger on whole house pest control. Was approached by Blake, a door knocker customer sales rep. He was not pushy, respectful of my time & very knowledgeable of my concerns. Explained to me the pellet application process along with the spraying application. Seemed like a good plan to me & reasonably priced. I agreed & set up a year of service. That was two days ago and the tech Xavier just left my home. Everything Blake told me would be done was completed & then some by Xavier. Xavier was extremely knowledgeable, communicative, & completed the process in 35 - 40 mins which was surprising as I thought it would be quicker. I watched from the window & Xavier was very attentive to my home & the areas of concern. They brushed the eves with a long pole & huge brush knocking down the spider webs & three wasps nests. I pointed out some additional areas (not sure if it was supposed to be part of the service, but Xavier didn’t bat an eye & treated that area also) Now the true test will be the efficacy. I was told to give it 3-5 days. Been overwhelmed with ants b/c of the dampness & lack of sun due to trees. We will see. 😊🙏🙏. So far A+++++👍

Signed up yesterday and they came the next morning and was very punctual. Nick was very informative and helpful. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was kind and friendly. Now we wait to see if the product works. The service was great!

I've had experience with several different technicians and they have all been very good. Today I had James. He did an excellent job explaining everything that he was doing with confidence and clarity. I appreciate the Peace of Mind knowing that the service will keep us pest free.

Carl was timely and very accommodating. He went about his work, explained some issues. He was pleasant and professional. This is my first experience with Moxie and it was a good one because of Carl.

Carl did a great job, he covered the problem areas while making sure to not get any of the chemicals near our chickens. He was friendly, and professional and answered the few questions I had for him. 10/10 recommend a raise for him

Jasen was polite and professional. He safely and thoroughly applied general pest control around our property and exterior of our house. Initially I forgot to mention another spot under the deck. He went back and applied there as well. Completely satisfied with the product, service, & price. Tom

First time using Moxie. We are very impressed with the services! Signed up with Moxie on Monday scheduled an appointment for next day. The window for the technician to show up was between 8:00-10:00. At 8:45 the Moxie truck pulled up. Jason the technician met me educating me on the pest control products he would be using. My dog was outside, Jason let me know she would need to stay in for an hour very dangerous for animals and children under the age of 1 because of their immune systems. Jason was professional, kind and answered every question I had. Not to mention gave my dog Max some love with petting. I felt like he was family by the time he finished the job! I would highly recommend Moxie. Jacob who came out on Monday to sell the services was just as professional, kind and very helpful navigating through the invoices of our current pest control pointing out that Moxie services would be more effective pest control wise and cost efficient saving our pocketbook $200.00 a year! Happy Jacob stopped by to sell the services and very happy Jason arrived in the early part of the 8:00-10:00 window. This kind of service is far and few between! Great job Moxie!

I’ve tried several pest control companies over the years, but my experience with Jasen from Moxie Pest Control was by far the best. From start to finish, he was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, explaining what he was doing and answering all of my questions with patience and care. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. I’ll be requesting Jasen by name for all future services—he’s truly a standout in the industry!
